Loved this boutique hotel with only 19 rooms, each one decorated with art from a different artist. Wine and cheese at 5:00 and pastries and coffee in the morning was just enough for us to make it until dinner and breakfast. LOTS of storage in the room and included a refrigerator and microwave.

This place was super clean. The location couldn’t have been better and I loved having snacks and a mini bar in my room. I would definitely stay here again.

Moderates: dinghy elevator, unattended checkin area, wine and cheese was below expectations, roof top area closed on a seasonal day. Value for money just okay

Great place to stay, parking is a little tough. The Irish bar/ restaurant in hotel was convenient.

No parking and it rained.

The staff were kind and helpful.

Only issue is that the windows do little to prevent the noise outside on the street. It gets loud at night with the Irish bar underneath and the lack of sound proofing makes it seem like there’s a window open. I was woken a couple times by people, including 2 dudes having an argument at 3 am.

Room was nice. Most amenities not available. Calling it "breakfast " is a stretch.

Left a lot to be desired for the expensive price point per night. Street parking or ramp parking only. Street and bar crowd noise until after 2am through the outdated windows. The room we had also smelled as if it were smoked in for decades and was still off-gassing. We wouldn't recommend especially for $350/night.

Wonderful walkable location, decor, staff plus a great value. We enjoyed the unique local art in each room and the reading space and books on our floor, the gym was interesting space and well equipped. Nice staff and coffee and pastries in the morning. Plenty of parking on the street, we hope to return.

Fantastic hotel in downtown Fargo - close to all the awesome bars & restaurants there. Beautiful, spacious room with very comfortable beds & outstanding air-conditioning. Not too noisy, even with downtown location, and the wine & cheese in the afternoon, and rooftop bar were stellar. And the morning coffee was outstanding!

Great location. Near my parents.:) super easy to get im and out and park. Great coffee shops and boutiques nearby It was loud street. Had to wear my Bose silencing headphones to sleep. But can’t have that location without traffic. Also, don’t like that the rooftop was closed the entire time I was there except Saturday.
