No shower curtain and no coffee maker.

The staff. The bed was hard and the location was kind different being right next to a truck stop.

Airport shuttle service would be good. Complimentary breakfast would be good but understandable it doesnt have one. Ultimately it was a clean room and secured. The key card didnt work fully and front desk person was away when I arrived at 4pm to check in. The lights either had a time and shut off automatically motuon censored or it was haunted lol. Being right next to a truck stop was a rough location to navigate so maybe better signage to find it.

Kitchen had no dishes, etc. Parking was good. Room had no iron, hair dryer, no facial tissue.

I would definitely stay here again. Kim C

Access not convenient. Smell of smoke throughout room. Staff was great. Very noisy location right next to truck stop. Close to NDSU.

Room was clean but smell coming out of air conditioner and light switches need to be wiped down. Wiped some down.

Clean Felt like checking into a hospital.

We could not stay at this place! The sewer gas what crazy bad and the smell of covering up filth was intense too. No one with any kind of heath issues could not stay there and not end up in the hospital. We want our money back

Not much of anything. It was a scary location. We got there and nobody was at the front desk. The lounge was bare minimum for seating. I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds and they didn't have one....they tried to put my 16 yr old son in a room by himself on the 4 th floor and me on the first floor. The room didn't have kleenex , an ice bucket or a hairdryer. You could see the hallway lights through the door frame. Sleeping really didnt happen because i didn't feel safe. Something i would have expected for a $50-$60 a night hotel. But I was charged $150!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had to leave early, before the normal coffee time so they made a pot at 2 am for us. The hotel is located behind a truck stop but the door is is locked and you need a key to get pay the checkin area. We liked the extra security.
