The room smelled horrible, I would have gone to a different hotel but there was noting a available due to a concert. The breaker for the refridgerator kept tripping so our food would not stay cold, the breaker for y he bathroom lights also tripped. Management did nothing except claim they were working to repair / fix the issues. I will not stay here ever again under any circumstances.

Clean very basic rooms. Quiet and easy to get to.

No breakfast and a crappy uncomfortable bed. Literally slept here only for 310 a night,

Good sized room and got a good deal on the price. We tried to check in at 3:45pm. They couldn't figure out that I had already been charged for the room, so that process took at least 30 minutes. Then once that was figured out we were told the room still wasn't clean and would have to wait. There was another couple waiting for their room to be ready as well. It took over an hour for us to get in our room. The first person helping us was very kind and apologetic about the whole situation. However the second lady which I'm assuming was the manager, needs a serious lesson in customer service. I've worked at a gas station for 20 years and it takes a lot for me to complain about poor customer service, and this lady was beyond rude to my group and the other people that were waiting as well. They were short on housekeeping help which I understand but there was no need to have 2 people at the front desk. As a manager she should have been helping the housekeepers get rooms cleaned not standing behind the other lady and treating their customers like we weren't paying her. It's hard to put it all into words so I would actually talk to someone if you would like more details.

It was available, clean and close to downtown and the airport. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. The manager kept trying to extend the wait for different reasons including the bedding wasn’t ready or the floors were still wet. She was very unprofessional with me and other guests who were frustrated with the properties scheduling issues.

Nice hotel but the refrigerator stunk. There was nothing in it but it smelled like dead fish when you opened it.

Hard beds for terrible sleep quality.
-
Nothing. The hotel was dirty,it smelled weird, the manager Scott and really rude and unprofessional.when we checked the couch it had mold.
-
The property was clean but no amenities.
-
Clean and beautiful but seemed a little pricey for how little they offer. And the walls are like paper, you can hear everybody.

The room and hotel were very clean. The staff were very friendly and responded to our needs quickly. The only reason I rated a 4/5 was because of the breakfast. The food was satisfactory. No fruit except “Delicious”apples(yuck). They did have pancakes you make. Nothing to put on them except syrup. No strawberries or whip cream that is usually offered at nice hotels.

The staff was very helpful and helped us cancel the reservation. We went and bought a different and way better Motel for less money

The worst place I've ever had the misfortune to stay at. The room stank; the outlets and lights didn’t work properly (only one lamp worked, along with the outlet it was plugged into); the internet was practically nonexistent; the water pressure in the bathroom was weak; there was no breakfast, which is normal since there’s a kitchen, but the kitchen was completely empty, with nothing in it; and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty.
