Continental breakfast was ok.

I left before breakfast, would of liked a dead bolt on door.

It’s in a decent location. There’s a lot trash around the entrances especially the back entrance. Shower had poor drainage & the water would start filling the tub almost immediately . Noticed gnats in the room shortly after getting settled. Price hikes over 250/night on weekends.

They refused to clean my room, claiming cleaning is done upon request 24 hours before every other 3 days, 2nd time I requested 24 hours before, they still did not clean my room, I was sleeping in a very dirty room full of trash all over the room.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was to say the least was undesirable. In a 3 night stay they never cleaned our room. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels every day.

I needed my toilet plunged and the attendant didn’t disinfect and clean the dirty feces water drippings off the floor or the toilet after they splashed water.

The breakfast room was way to small to accommodate the guests that came in. Very few options to choose from. Breakfast hours could be extended at least one half hour longer on the weekends. Hair driers are not placed in each room, although it's advertised as an amenity.

Absolutely nothing The staff was just awful. Zero empathy or personality. Trash everywhere around the hotel. Pillow cases werent clean and hair in the sink, toilet, and shower. The smell in my room was awful. Cancelled my stay and went to Woodsprings Inn

Clean, modern amd really a nice place. The hot tube could have been little hotter, but it worked.

The TV didn't work, we couldn't get the shower to work properly, we were missing towels. We went to the front desk multiple times to ask for help but no one spoke English.
