The property is dated but the beds are very comfy and the staff was very friendly

I booked a room and when I got there to check in there were no rooms available and the hotel refuses to give me my money back. They have been reached out to numerous times.

It was one of the worst place to stay at I left ones I saw the room

Our room was not clean. There was ice in the tub and a bottle of vodka. There was stains on the mattress. There was marker writing on the lampshade. Just terrible. And they charged $500 as it was the only hotel left in town. I should get my money back.

Hotel staff was nice enough during check in, that said, they work behind a plexiglass panel like a late night gas station attended, so take that as an early sign of the place. As a group we had two rooms booked for an event in Fargo, after getting in both rooms the first thing we noticed was how sticky the floor was in the rooms, our shoes made a shucking noise with each step. The rooms were in a poor state of repair, one peephole was missing and replaced with toilet paper, there was a loose piece of wood keeping the window closed, the bedside table had some sort of green substance on the sides and there was significant mold on the shower curtains. We had low expectations so this was not all completely shocking. And then we checked the beds. Burn holes in the blankets and sheets so old they were yellow in color. Right away, bed bug shells, right on the inner sheet, took all of 3 seconds to find some. The best part, a LARGE stain at the head of one bed, this was the whole corner of one bed and just beyond anything we could have expected. we pretty much immediately left the building at this point, luckily we were able to find another hotel in the area. After contacting expedia they did their best to try and get us a refund with the hotel, but the property stands by their "cancellation policy", which is wild, we didn't cancel. Avoid this property.

Dropped so they can sell my room for more money

I left something at this hotel and wanted to make sure housekeeping didn't snatched it up before I could inquire about it, i called around 2:30pm when I remembered and I was told by the first desk clerk that they haven't even got to my room yet to start cleaning. I asked if they could confirm my item was still in the, and if so, could they hold it for me until I get there. She hung up on me twice by my simply asking a question, then finally passed the phone off to her manager. He was being extremely rude and refused to answer the question of if they can confirm that said item was in the room. I don't understand where the hostility came from but I informed him that Fargo PD would get involved, as the housekeeper assigned to that room would be charged in theft charges. He got quiet, then said call them. Eventually, Fargo PD retrieved my item for me but it could have been a lot simpler without the unnecessary hostility.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But we had booked a king bed and got a queen instead. The room’s interior looked like they had given us one that was in the process of renovation-the bathroom sink was not flush with the wall, coffee table and end tables had edging gouged and a long strip off the edge. Nickel sized burn on the comforter. Walls needing a paint job. The price was good and the beds comfortable so we rested well

Room smelt terrible! Floors were sticky. Walls dirty . You get what you pay for.

The neighborhood where located was scary. The room was disgusting. The window was shattered with broken jagged pieces and covered with a piece cardboard. This left my 1st floor room unsecured. There was a hole in the wall and the laminate flooring was buckling up. I would NEVER stay there again!

The place was extremely sketchy. The room had a strange odour to it, plus the toilet seat was broken, the faucet only provided cold water, the talbe lamp light bulb was burnt out, the bathroom had hairs and dirt all over it. Never ever stay here.

,the tv volume would not go down below 14 but i found mute. ..counter was sticky, hot water took 20 minutes to warm enough not to freeze. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly, absolutely loved her♡

Fair price. Mini-frig, bathroom sink and shower clean, sheets clean. Floor could have been much cleaner.

Great place

Hotel had been updated however it’s still old inside and worn, but our beds were comfortable. Everything worked. They really do need to work on replacing the shower curtains because no one wants to take a shower with the old shower curtains looking like they have mold on them pretty gross.. but overall this is a very budget friendly place. Just be aware that there are people that live there and rent month-to-month.
