Room had water damage and hair in the shower. Towels were dirty. Then when we left there was someone passed out on the stairs outside our room. It was a safety issue
-
Very dirty,no

All staff minus 1 were extremely helpful. They do however need to put bars on both sides of the ramp so it's easier for us disabled people to get up it. But the staff has been helpful by pushing me up it. I would love to keep staying here if they could lower the price or give a free night

Very helpful staff pet friendly

The management was very nice to me

For a smoke free hotel, our room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The smell got worse when turning on the A/C but we had to have it on because without it, it was too hot. There was a maxi pad stuffed into the air conditioner vent.... it looked clean but still... They have you park around the back near specific entrances but all of the entrances cannot be opened with your key card, because their system isn't working, except the main entrance so you need to haul luggage all the way around the building. The plunger in the toilet tank was broken so you had to remove the lid and manually press down the plunger for the tank to fill in order to flush the toilet. The sheet came off the mattress during the night and in the morning we noticed that the mattress was heavily stained. Glad we didn't see that before we laid down :( There was a very large man in a filthy t-shirt with his belly hanging out just "lingering" in the lobby when we checked in. Pros (and the only reasons for the 3 stars): The woman that checked us in was super friendly and nice. The woman that checked us out was also very nice and apologetic about the broken toilet. The bed was comfy.

There is no enough lighting around the perimeter

Not to mention I booked two a room with two beds but they ended up giving me a room with single bed. Overall the experience this time was not pleasant as previous times.
-
I didn’t like the homeless population gathering outside my ground floor window or the dirty filthy room or the rude staff. I also didn’t appreciate the weed throughout out the entire hotel. Before going to bed I prayed that my car still had tires on the morning.

Older place, parking limited, good ac though

Strong police presence 3 or the 4 nights we stayed. Overall in a bad area. If we had been able to find another room ANYWHERE else, we would have. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves for how filthy it was. Advertised that breakfast was included but there was no such thing. Overall a horrible experience!

Probably would not stay there again but it was a good location and a good price
-
Never again
-
Furnature was old, worn out chair had a plastic cover, that did not cover very well. Also sticky to sit on. So we did not use it to sit on. Staff was not always available, know one showed up at front desk for check out

I booked a family suite months before our trip and they over sold my room.. so our family of 7 stayed in one room with two double beds.. they did try to give us another room for free which we did appreciate however the air conditioner didn’t work at all so we had no other choice but to sleep all 7 of us in one room and they told me I was ungrateful for being upset. We will not be staying again.

All I can say is that they have the nerve to charge what they do; they ought to clean up properly and invest in the place before charging—don't try to be so clever.

Room wasn't ready. The bathrooms were gross and stained. No microwave or refrigerator. No coffee maker. Parking lot was sketchy with people sleeping in vans and just hanging out. The matress cover was stained. I would have rather slept outisde or in my car.
-
They lost my reservation despite confirmation. Their photos were very misleading - suggesting it was clean and well kept rather than the filthy and run down horror that it actually was. Losing my reservation was a blessing in disguise that allowed me to book a room elsewhere.
-
Disgusting rooms and overpriced for how nasty the whole place is! Would not recommend especially if you have children!!
-
With all the cockroaches in the room we didn't sleep at all! Worst stay ever!
