Nice breakfast but the area is not good Dark and very scary
-
Also- the modifications were allowed up until 24 hr before the stay- called 48hrs later to let them know that flight was changed and needed to be pushed back One day for arrival meaning a four day stay- the hotel front desk person insisted I gave them my credit card number and ran it for the 5nights then told me there wasn’t anything they could do after they ran it.

The staff was great to work with.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean a d the bed comfortable. The “breakfast” is coffee and prepackaged items and the area was pretty sketchy, especially considering the price. I believe it was a hig traffic weekend though so may have been some price gouging involved. Not to take away from the first three things mentioned though.

First room door was open and deadbolt stuck out. Only certain outside doors let you in. Not very appealing. Nothing like the picture on the website

DO NOT stay at this hotel. Hotels.com makes it sound good and newly renovated but it is trash. We booked it for a week because it had some good reviews and the website sounded okay and paid the same price as well known hotels in the area. Unbeknownst to us at check in we were given a room that was not supposed to be rented out because it was closed for maintenance. The sheets were stained, the inside of the door was missing part of the door frame like it had been kicked in and there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. During the first few days we saw a couple dead bugs and by the 3rd day our bathroom ceiling was almost completely opened up. We contacted the front desk and maintenance said that room shouldn’t have been rented out but they kept us there and he said “it will be fine” and the dripping water from the ceiling was fine. The next morning it was even worse and we finally asked to change rooms. When we told the lady at the front desk what room we were in she was shocked and asked who put us there. Offered no kind of compensation. New room was better but felt very unsecured. On top of everything mentioned, the pool is non existent, there are sketchy people everywhere, the non smoking hotel reeked of smoke and the side entry doors for guests kept getting propped open because the card readers were not working. The phones in the rooms also did not work. I felt very unsafe and vulnerable at this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Did not like anything

We had problems with our reservation through expedia but they were able to get squared away. They were very courteous and willing to figure it out.

The staff was great. Friendly, prompt, etc. The room was fine, everything you would expect - clean, basic toiletries, clean but not high quality bedding and towels. The air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat wave but it definitely helped. The location had great freeway access but the area was rougher than I was expecting. My hesitation in staying there again would purely be due to the area.

First impression upon entering the parking lot was, “this place looks sketchy.” From the boarded up Burger King to numerous folks wandering the lot, I had to ask the lady working if this parking lot was safe for my car. Appearance of the building didn’t make me look forward to the stay already. Key card didn’t work a few times making me walk all the way back down to check in desk. Flooring in my room was lifting, rust spots on the shower head. Toilet lids were closed and sealed with tape assuring they were cleaned but upon lifting the seats, toilet seat had dry spots which could only be dried urine. Towels had hair on them and this was on fresh towels I went to the lobby to get as well. Based on all this, there’s was no way I was going to put food in the microwave or the fridge; I just didn’t trust it. I didn’t even consider checking out their complimentary breakfast. I just wanted out of there. I typically don’t mind walking barefoot in hotels; not this one. Floor felt and looked dirty. I even thought to myself I wouldn’t be surprised if there were bed bugs if I were to check. There were food crumbs in the hallway and old used towels outside rooms that stayed there for at least 2 days before being addressed. Fargo hotels throughout the area were booked due to a National Wrestling tournament. I didn’t have much of a choice in booking here and I can see why this place still had rooms available.

The hotel is run down and not well maintained. Not clean, not secured, broken everything. Most of the clientele were gross. The only thing good was the people working the front desk. It was so bad I left a day early from my stay.
-
Terrible, do not stay here. Smells awful, definitely mold, old, differed maintenance for at least a decade, breakfast item were banana and apple…
-
Not recommended for staying , it should be your last destination ( if you find no other option )

The place is a dump in a bad part of time. I had no idea when I booked it said it was a Radisson. It gives Radisson a bad name. The Motel 6 sign was blacked out so it is an old motel 6 not a Radisson. In the future I will be more careful when a property says it is a Radisson affiliate.
-
Very poor facility and very outdated it’s the old motel 6 so don’t let the name by Radisson fool you like it did me when I reserved it online! Don’t stay here!
-
The website says that the breakfast is continental but it was just a coffee and a muffin. Also, I deposited a certain amount and it has been more than a week but the deposit was not returned.

Do not stay here! The only bright spot was the front desk lady. Place was not clean or safe. Waiting to get a refund and haven't heard back. Didn't even stay. Walked into room saw gross sticky walls and cigarette burns in the comforter. The bathroom had a large puddle of brown water. The whole place smelled of garbage. Doors were propped open and the hallways had random people sitting on the floor. Expedia do yourself a favor and remove this place from your list. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

This was the worst “hotel” (it’s actually a former Motel 6) stay I’ve ever had and I promise you I’m not very picky but this was BAD. From the second I opened my door I noticed it obviously hadn’t been cleaned, there were crushed nuts on the floor in the entrance. There were pubic hairs all over the bath tub walls and a trail of dirt leading to the drain, all the toiletries’ seals were broken and obviously used but that didn’t really matter because there was NO HOT WATER, NOT EVEN LUKE WARM WATER…only ICE COLD water. We couldn’t shower and barely could wash our faces with the cold water. Trash was under one of the beds, the TV didn’t work at all and I didn’t hear any television sounds coming from any rooms. The walls are paper thin so trust me, you’d hear it. The AC unit made these insane typhoon storm sounds, we thought it was storming really bad but after noticing a pattern of the “whooshing” noise every 10 minutes and seeing not one drop of rain we realized it was the AC unit. The side entrance door we were directed to use was broken so it was insecure 100% of the time. Every time I came and went from the room, some guy across the hall a few doors down opened his door and stood in his doorway staring at us, and I do mean EVERY TIME. It was weird and downright scary. When I went to the front desk for a roll of toilet paper (as my room had a near empty roll and no extras) there was a sign saying to wait there and they’ll be back, waited forever. Felt so unsafe!!!

For the price it was okay but very rundown. The area was sketchy too

Went to check in, got a room that was already occupied. Got switched to a different room and the tv didn’t work. Smelt like pot. Two of the front desk ladies had a terrible attitude. I believe the manager was Ashley and she was great! But we ended up finding a different hotel to stay. Parks inn was dirty. We got a refund. I will never stay at this place again!!
