Disappointing for a Radisson Hotel!

Just not clean

Do not stay here! Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, had dirty sheets with pubic hair and blood spots on it! The door had been broken into and barely serviceable. After talking with the receptionist ( who was very helpful and apologetic) they changed us to a different room. I found feces on the toilet seat and it was filthy. Room three was just as dirty! We were done! We stayed at another hotel that was clean! A health inspector needs to look at this place, it is not fit for humans. They would not give me a refund! Run away from this place. The photo is of the fire alarm that had been tampered with!

The expectations does not uphold once checked in, the pictures make it seem like its a decent hotel for a decent price. I am still waiting on my refund and that is if they even going to refund me. This is actually absurd as someone who travels a lot for work.

This hotel was everything I expected it to be. It was fairly clean but decent for the price. Beds are a little hard and it was a little noisy at night but I expected that as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They are in the middle of a renovation. Paint tape on various walls. The room had chunks out of it, the floor molding had spots ripped out, the lotion/shampoo/conditioner bottles were used prior to being placed in the room.

we could not get the tv to work.

Toilet seat in room was loose, nearly fell of when I lifted the cover. I'm almost 80 and w\have difficulty walking After taking nearly 30 minutes to check in I was handed a 2nd floor room --no elevator, very steep stairs. To be fair I was checking in at 11:30 so the night clerk probably was not expected to be helpful I was taken aback after prepaying with my AMEX card the clerk required an additional $25 deposit. That should be noted on Expedia's website when hotels have deposit requirements.

The tub look like it had a hole on the bottom. It was moldy the siding were full of silicone but not even close to the wall. The bathroom door look like someone make holes on it and instead of replacing it, they just try to patch it witch they did a horrible job. The front door the same. The room didn’t even look like the one shown on the pictures. The breakfast they offered was coffee, some apples and bananas witch I wouldn’t call that breakfast.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and the shower handle was very loose.

Room was dirty- stairs had same Dr Pepper bottle cap on it all three days so they obviously don’t clean that area. Bathroom was dirty, towels smelled like pickles, the ac unit was so loud a rickety sounding and then there was a broken floor board on our room that had been replaced with a piece of wood that didn’t quite fit leaving gaps that could splinter or cut you and the floor sloped

There was gum stuck to the headboard and the bedding wasnt obviously dirty at first but it smelled strongly of dirty hair. The PTAC would only cool to 73 and the room felt humid. The TV didn't work. The person at the desk told someone coming in that they were overbooked - glad we checked in right away!

This is not the $220 per night property that I paid for. Apparently, this was high pricing because a popular rock band was appearing in concert in the city. We'll see if I get refunded for the unused second night of my reservation. I see that the common and reasonable pricing is about $70 per night. If I received that rate, I would not write this review. This property is basically an aged Motel 6......which it was. The Park Inn by Radisson label holds no real value here. Please, I want no response from the property. I don't want the platitudes offered to previous, dissatisfied reviews. Poor reviews of this property are and have been abundant.

The room was not good. The TV did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work. The door looked like it had been kicked in before. Would not recommend.

Staff was very pleasant. Room seemed to be half remodeled. Dressers new, sink new, Floor was new, not carpet, wooden floors??? Accent wall painted. Other 3 walls needed painting. Base boards bowed off wall, bathroom door looked rotted out on bottom. TV very small. Very noisy in hallway, locked security door "clicking" all night long.

Bathroom smells like smoke and the toilet was making a noise when refilling every half hour. Tv did not work and had very few channels the second night after they checked it.

Smells really bad

When checking in three people were behind the desk, all saw me come in, finally after about five minutes of being ignored one person checked me in. When finally getting into my room it smelled like stale smoke, floors were dirty, beds were uncomfortable, water pressure was very weak for a shower, water pressure in the sink was much better, tub was very slippery, TV viewing selections sucked, and at night other residents were very noisy until the early morning hours. Value of my one night stay was not nearly worth the price paid. I will never be staying there again!!!

Hotel was fine.

For the price I paid for one night, it's not worth it
