The front desk staff (maybe a manager/owner too) were super friendly and welcoming when I arrived.

They took a unnecessary 50 dollars of a fee and never returned it. We left the room spotless, this must be l looked at or booking.com you'll get another bad feedback.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check in. After we checked out we were accused of staining their towel with hair dye and my hair is not dyed. They tried charging us for the towel. We stripped the beds and gathered all of the towels and even left housekeeping a tip. This is a low end motel, definitely didn’t have much to offer. Thin walls. The breakfast bar had the bare minimum.

Pool was dirty. Mud and bugs. Notified staff. Said they would close pool to clean it. Left for dinner. When we came back it was not cleaned and other people were in it.

Our room was missing the window screen as someone smashed it out and it fell to the rooftop below. I let staff know as to not get blamed for it. Breakfast was just cereal and make your own waffles. No protein available. Pool area was great. Pool is perfect temp and hot tub was perfect. Also 24h access as long as you dont cause a rucus. I dont know Fargo very well, but the hotel seemed like it was in a sketchy area so dont leave any valuables in your vehicle. Price was decent however I would probably try something a little newer next time and maybe in a better area, especially if traveling with kids.

The pool area was nice. I didn't like that nobody was at the front desk at check out. That it takes 7 business days to return my damage deposit.

We checked in and got to our room and it smelt like crap. Like sewage, it was dirty and the bath tub was brown and there was bugs everywhere. We didn’t stay, they did give us our money back and all was good but the bugs and crap smell we couldn’t stay in that.

Polite, professional front desk staff. Well located for shopping, restaurants, etc. Pool, spa, and treadmill were not available.

The staff were welcoming & friendly. Our room was comfortable & CLEAN. It also smelled GREAT! I asked for the room to be cool (it was 90+ degrees outside & after a 4hour travel in the car there is nothing like coming in to a cool room & cool sheets :) and they did just that. The a/c was already on & room was cooled. Paying attention to the small details & requests from a guest means alot. Like I said the room smelled great & it was clean!! You can tell that they take pride in giving the guest a great & comfortable stay. I have no complaints. Also a plus... the swimming pool is 24hrs (as long as you're responsible & respectful they had no issues with a midnight swim). I'm kinda sad it was a quick one night stay (my son & I came from St. Cloud MN & we were there to attend the Shinedown concert at the Fargodome). If I ever find myself visiting the fargo area again I definitely will be staying here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality <3 :) No complaints here.
