Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fargo, ND

We checked in late after a long day of travel, I requested a room near the elevators and was told “we’re pretty full tonight so I guess you’ll get what you’re assigned”. He gave me the keys and that was it. We went up to our room and went right to sleep, we were exhausted. We got up this morning to shower and drive home and found that the sheets had stains all over them (gross!) and then I went to shower and there were hairs all over! Hairs on the rail of the tub, in the tub, on the shower curtain, it’s like someone shaved their back and the hairs were everywhere! So needless to say none of us showered, we threw our clothes on and got in the car and are currently driving home. Can’t wait to get home and shower this hotel off of us!!! Ugh.

and the drain in the shower tub is clogged ! The carpet is dirty. The bed sheet makes me itch ! Pls get your room cleaned- up !!

I expect comfort, cleanliness and good customer service from County Inn & Suites. This is not what we experienced in our two night stay. The room need updating very badly for the price they charge, the tub wouldn't drain, the breakfast was nothing to speak of, and the bed was so hard I ended up sleeping in a chair the 2nd night. I filled out a survey when they asked me too. They said they would be back with me shortly, and never got back to me.

Room great, food good, coffee needs to be bolder.

Hotel was older and the room stunk horribly like dog and sweaty feet. Had to wait for over an hour to get a shuttle after calling beforehand to let them know our flight arrival.

Everything was great, staff was very helpful. Man working the front desk was awesome!

Decent hotel. Clean, updated. We travelled with our dog. The carpet in our room was a bit damp, which was not great but it was from cleaning. The pool was good. Breakfast was nice

The reviews of this hotel were good. After arriving at the hotel our sink was clogged in the bathroom and the only solution was for us to unclog it ourselves. After that we went in the pool and found poop at the bottom. We took showers and checked out after only being there 2 hrs.

The room smelled of animal urine as well as the room in general being unclean. However the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

This was way better than the last place we stayed at in Brooklyn Center!! That place should be shut down!!

Hot tub wasn’t filled, otherwise it was great.

Superb

Our room was right in the middle of third floor, right next to the elevator - and we heard nothing. Very nice space and will absolutely stay again. The young lady serving breakfast was there both days and she did an excellent job and I made sure to tell her so. Very nice stay.

Great breakfast. Waffles were really good Hot tub not working . Pool looked cloudy .
