Clean room and well crisp air conditioning system

Air conditioning was excellent

Did not clean our room 1 time in 5 days had to ask for towels and toilet paper 350$ a night meth heads walking around everywhere beds make a loud poping sound every time you move and there where patches in the wall where holes where not even pached well or painted alot of dead spiders in the bottom of the pool tv got 40 channels nothing good if you can see through the static it was literally a crack motel dont believe the pictures on line it wasn't nice at all

This hotel is so poorly maintained and is not disability accessible. Worst experience ever.

Breakfast was not really any food at all. Rooms had old hair in showers and in cornera of bathrooms

The property smelled musty and there was visible dusty and dirt. I also purchased a Celsius from the front desk with a $20 bill and they didn’t have change. He said he would bring it to my room later but never did. I left without it and had to call and ask them to return it to me. I had several “pet fees” on my bill, though I didn’t have a pet. They don’t me someone witnessed me with a dog. It was quite an ordeal. Eventually they returned my $15 change to my daughter who lives in the area, and refunded the erroneous fees. I will not be back.

The humidity in my first room was so high, condensation was forming on the individually packaged plastic cups, and everything was damp. They moved me to another room without a fuss, but the AC in that room smelled bad. The fan shut off soo after the condenser turned off, allowing water to accumulate in the unit. I asked for a room with AC that kept the fan running. They found one for me. However, you have to reselect the constant fan option often or it still shut off with the condenser. 99% of people will be just fine at this motel. Anyone needing better HVAC systems for health reasons should find another place to stay.

The location is easy to get to from the interstate. The neighborhood is so so. I would stay here again though.

The breakfast was decent. The vending machine items got stuck multiple times and we were told to just buy more to get them unstuck. Otherwise great stay. Parking was safe. Air conditioning was good.

The rooms were not very clean at all. There was dried up food on the wall by the garbage, the floors were not vacuumed, the bathtub had hairs in it, the mirror in the bathroom was hard to see in and the rooms were non-smoking but it smelled like people around us on other rooms were smoking

Staff was great, & they were helpful.

It wasn’t a very well maintained property. Wooden squeaky doors and not very up-to-date. It also wasn’t very clean. Had dirt and stuff in all the corners and hair in sink. I will not be staying there again.

The location is good and near everything and there is a pool to swim. The breakfast doesn’t have protein, no egg, no meat. They only have waffle with syrup, bread and cereal with milk.

Best Hotel in Fargo for the MONEY, POOL, NICE BREAKFEST. HELPFUL STAFF.
