Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable.

Terrible place to stay! People working on their cars right outside our window, the place smelled terrible of Pine-sol and they advertise breakfast which is only continental. The bathroom was very small I had to stand between the sink and toilet to close the door and the floors in the room were cheap laminate flooring which was cold! The bed frames were metal and made a loud boom each time you sat on them. When the heat kicked on the room suddenly smelled of cooked dirt and urine! The staff came to our room and accused us of smoking in the room, once we let them in the room and proved it wasn't us and we explained that we haven't smoked in 23 years they simply walked out the door without apologizing for the false accusation! Now I notice there is a $200.01 charge on my credit card! One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had!! I wouldn't recommend staying here at all!

Decent room but bathroom door doesn’t close and window curtain is moldy. Old tv with poor picture quality.

Good location The room was not great. It was really stuffy and had a slight odor to it so when we went to turn the air conditioner on, we realize all of the grates had mold. Both sets of curtains were full of mold. We pointed it out to The desk clerk and he did come in and try and clean the mould off the air conditioner, which he did get some of it off, but not all and of course we didn't get new curtains so it was kind of gross sleeping in a room with mold. We would've gone to another hotel, but everything was booked because of the concert that night so we were stuck there. The bathroom situation is awkward as well. The bathroom door pretty much comes right up to the toilet and our bathroom door didn't shut. The pool needed a good vacuum. Do yourself a favour and pay a little extra money and stay in a better hotel.

Our bathroom door needs WD40 on hinges and the place was clean except hairdryer on the wall was dusty as could be. Other than that all was fine.

I had a room with a bathtub but there was no stopper in the tub to hold water. I had to put a washcloth over the drain to hold some water. When we went to use the hair dryer it started make noise and burst in sparks and almost started a fire. My friend had to drop the dryer to keep from getting shocked. This information was relayed to the desk clerk working at the time. since the clerk was told about the drain plug missing, I thought he would have given use a rebate of $20.00. I believe a room with just the shower was cheaper.

The mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. We had a wake-up call set for 4am to make sure we didn't miss our flight. We got the call at 2:30am instead. The mattress was comfortable but the platform it was on was smaller than the mattress so it moved. The pool room smelled like paint thinner. It took 10 minutes before someone was at the front desk for us to check in. A phone was left out - presumably to call for whoever was covering the desk. But all it did was ring to another phone at the front desk. The heater/AC unit in the room would squeal and grind.

i wish there had been a hot or cold protein item for breakfast- even hard boiled eggs would be fine! The waffles and other choices were good though- no complaints

Basic older hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub closed during part of stay which was a search requirement when choosing. Breakfast buffet is minimal, waffles, cereal,toast, yogurt. Coffee, tea and juices also included. Room was not cleaned daily so didn't get fresh towels or bedding/bed made up during our 2 night stay.

This should really be a review for the Quality Inn and Suites but it started at Travelodge. When we checked in to the Travelodge we found that they had overbooked. How that can even happen is beyond me. The staff was helpful though and helped us get a room next door at the Quality inn and suites which is owned by the same people. We were able to get to our room without issue but it had several issues. The air conditioning unit had a very loud abnormal vibration to it which made it hard to sleep. If we turned it off the room was muggy and uncomfortable within minutes. There were burned out light bulbs and a lamp that had a socket that was about to come out of when we turned it on. The carpet was gross. The drain in the bathroom was missing the plug and had a very foul smell. The hair dryer sounded like a meat grinder and probably would have started on fire had my wife not unplugged it. There were not any Kleenex made available either. The continental breakfast was not great. There was no coffee and the floor was sticky throughout the dining area. You could literally hear people walking around with their shoes sticking to the floor. The only upside was that there was a decent bed. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

Can’t close the bathroom door, toilet flush not functioning properly, dirty curtain shower

My room was dirty, bed sheets and blankets were stained, couch was stained and had crumbs all over it, the walls were all beat up. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, the fridge was also broken

The pool area was small but nice. Continental breakfast was poor. No fruit available. Only provided make your own waffles, bagels, toast and muffins. Cereal and milk, and yogurt.

You could tell they have tried to update the rooms, The front desk staff was very pleasant and attentive Well our shower was dirty, the curtain had dirt on it, so it was not replaced when cleaned and there was a wash cloth on the curtain rod that was scrunched in it when pulled back and the washcloth was full of pubic hair. No to mention the bathroom floor had not been cleaned as there was hair on the floor as well. We could not use the hot tub the first night and pool water smelled sort of like some sort of oil

Hot tub and pool were good. Good location. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast did not have a wide selection and hotel & room had an odor.
