Warm and dirty hot tub. Nothing was bad. Just a long way from great. But not well maintained. The nicest place in the whole hotel was the breakfast area. Looked updated. No coffee though for breakfast. Can’t even make that up.

Exceptional

Breakfast was basic and hot food was not hot. Someone must have been smoking in our room prior to our arrrival as it smelled dank and that someone had tried to cover up the smell.

We had a terrific stay. Great amenities, and the pool area was terrific. Great location too.

Although this hotel is a bit older and with that the normal wear and tear, I appreciate the reasonable cost for a hotel room. We did not use the pool but I did see kids using the pool and it looked like they were having a blast, using the slide and also there is a smaller side pool for really young kids. I didn't use the hot tub but finding a pool with a hot tub is getting hard to find. The room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the hotel was close to some nice restaurants and the mall. I would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in and out. Friendly staff, good variety in the breakfast area. Everything was clean and orderly. Had to check with the front desk about wifi access. It was easy to sign into once i knew what was needed.

Hotel, room, and staff were all good. Breakfast selection wasn't the greatest and coffee cups were the size of a double expresso. I have never been to a hotel that hold $100.00 on your card, it is usually just on file.

Amazing nice employees

Check in was super smooth. They were very accommodating with our room request. Staff were friendly and efficient. There was plenty of space in our room for my wife and me. We would definitely stay here again.

The motel was kept up but when they advertise a pool and hot tub these should be available. This is the second time this summer that I booked a room that advertised a pool only to find that the pool was closed after I checked in.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly. The pool was out of order for part of Sunday and Monday. The extra bed provided was quite uncomfortable. The room could also have been cleaner; after walking on the carpet in socks, you could clearly see how dirty the carpet was, and the shower was not completely clean either.

Very clean. Organized. Friendly. Peaceful. Would like to be able to watch Hallmark channel, Great American Pureflix streaming.

The location, Value, Staff is friendly and the breakfast was good! Not a location where you would go walking alone at night..
