Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent.

The young man that helped me find my Tervis cup. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned! They gave us another room and it was right next door so it was very quickly remedied.

The property was clean and well kept. It’s location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The location was convenient, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was available until 10am which was much appreciated.

Convenient location. Good, free breakfast. Comfortable beds. No elevator for 2nd floor access. The hotel property charges $25 for Early check-in even though the room is ready, sitting there empty, and we had to get ready for a wedding. Seems like the owners nickel and dime their customers. He contributes to a poor Customer experience, which they either don’t realize or don’t care. Was charging $25 worth it if the next time I choose a different hotel?

The gentleman who checked us in was SO helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the pool area was clean. The big pool was pretty cold but still fun once you got in and used to the water temp. the breakfast was running low by the time we got there in the morning but it was still delicious. Ill definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Entry and staff were ok, breakfast area was nice with decent breakfast options Hotel was muggy, room had a smell, water didn’t get hot, the faucet made loud noises when turned on/off, bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all before we checked in to the room (obvious dirt and hair in tub, urine on toilet seat). Gross!!

My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and slide. The hot tub was as super hot, yet enjoyable. Breakfast was decent. Good spot for a night stay.

No fans in the bathroom for after a shower so it isn't so muggy in the room. The lobby was extremely humid from the pool.

Nothing like the pictures. Small. No elevator. The stench of chlorine is too much to handle. Dirty. Run down. Not worth the money at all.

Not much Pool closed people with their dog in the hot tub don't like snacks in room don't know if anyone has tampered with them
