Around the property there was trash littered and broken glass. We had our dog with us and had a hard time finding a spot to walk him without fear of stepping on something hurtful. Some more care around the outside of the property would be helpful. Lastly, I requested extra blankets the first night and woke up with what I think was bed bug bites. Thankfully I was the only one who had these, so the beds and sheets were fine, just the extra blankets had the problem. Housekeeping staff was friendly and asked daily if we needed anything though, great job there. So, dog friendliness, pool, breakfast, all were 3-4 stars. Mixed feelings on staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Everything we asked of them was completed and always asked if there was anything else we needed. Highly recommend this hotel. We told them we’d be staying there again if we traveled tha way.

The property is good but older. It was moslty damp in all areas due to the swimming pool and poor exhaust system. It felt like it needed maintenance work. Rooms were decent size and clean.

The staff was great but they were understaffed.

When we checked in there was a sign on the back of our room door with a list of prices if any items were missing part of that included the iron and ironing board which we didn't have the room that we rented was to sleep three the pull-out couch was bolted shut. When I ask the staff about this they said there was no pull out on the listing and they were right about that but how do you list the room with one bed as sleeping three. We paid an additional $25 for late check out so that my wife and son could use the pool while I was working and they closed the pool the carpets in our room had multiple stains all over. I think we are going to go back to the hotel we were using this was our first time at this location and most likely our last

We had a great stay in the whirlpool suite. Everything worked great. It was quiet. Staff was helpful on that breakfast was OK and there is no elevator so you have to do the stairs up and down all at all probably would do it again.

I booked a room online since we had been traveling for over 10 hours and I selected a hotel too far away and would have added another 2 hours to our travel time. I realized after I had booked the room and immediately tried to cancel the booking and they refused. We could not make the extra travel miles so I am just out my money. Very disappointed in the customer service that would not refund my money.

The pool was great! Rooms and hallways were dirty. Rooms did not have an exhaust fan, so rooms felt wet and damp during our stay (3 nights). Breakfast was good.

Television is so old you can barely see the picture and it kept disconnecting. The carpet is old and worn, the tub still had a manufacturer sticker on it

The room an establishment was OK. Certainly not five star. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, and the air conditioner would not dry the air so our whole floor and clothes were sticky and wet the entire time. We were offered a different room, but my kids wouldnt move. Beds were cozy. The pool waterslide was great with the kids. Plenty of towels available. Everything that we need from the wait staff was met. We needed a couple of Band-Aids and toothbrushes which they got for us instantly. Breakfast was mediocre but it had everything you would typically find. Location was good for the typical Fargo attractions like sky zone and king pins.

The pool does not allow food or bottles. We asked to use the area where breakfast was served & they said no only for mornings, unless I paid $150 for 2 hours. Ridiculous we had to eat on couches in entrance. So embarrassing. Highly doubt not recommend at all. Worst stay ever.

Small bathroom, no exhaust fan, cob web behind bathroom door on floor corner. Could not get tv to work. Only 1 hook in bathroom for wet items. Need more hanging for wet items. Big ants that freaked out the kids. The shower curtain had tears on top.

Not clean..... Told us "this is NOT the Holiday Inn". Not very helpful...... No Elevator!!!! Coffee machine broken. Hair in the tub. Pool room door broken.

Very clean. I had a great stay.

When I arrived I didn’t know there was no elevator and was scheduled to be on the 2nd floor, after explaining to the gentleman at the front desk that I wasn’t aware there was no elevator and that due to being disabled I wouldn’t be able to climb the stairs let alone luggage up them. He was very accommodating and spoke with another lady that worked there and they are able to switch me to a 1st floor room, I was so incredibly appreciative of both of them for being able to do that for me! Through out my whole 4 day stay there were other instances that all the staff there were very helpful and friendly, they offer pizza there to purchase and I was getting ready to go get it from the desk after pestering it and to my surprise one of the staff was at my door delivering it (it was really good cheesy pizza too) it made my stay so much better especially with being outta state for the time alone with my husband or children to help me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into North Dakota either for vacation, buisness or with family as they also had a very nice pool area with a waterside and many take to sit and enjoy your time there! Also bonus they offer snacks and soda for purchase in your room and for a decent price also, they also offer free breakfast every morning!

Over priced not great. Fire alarm going off. AC not working great

Great stay. Good value compared with prices of other hotel prices in the area. Only slight draw back was the water pressure in the shower but other than that I enjoyed the stay!

The room was decently clean but there were several things in the room that defined my star rate, such as, the clean stack of towels in the bathroom were still wet, there was hair on the tub walls, and the shower curtain was very dirty.

Hotel is outdated, but was very clean inside.

Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent.
