Not clean, garbage from previous people, public bathroom was discasting,

Good location off interstate. Affordable. Safe. Smelled a little musty. Room looked dated. Air conditioner fan made weird noises.

Front desk took half the night to get us a replacement t.v as the one that was there was broke. Bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. If it was a little hard to reach it was dusty. They were out of breakfast items. And my kids couldn't play their gaming system or barely use the wi-fi.

Cleanish place. Not the best neighborhood, but not too bad. It had what we needed in a pinch, but very bare bones. Staff were friendly enough, and pretty helpful. Hot tub was broken, hut they must own the neighboring hotel so we were allowed to use their pool/hot tub.

When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right.

Nothing Dirty men’s underwear in couch. Old broken soaps in the shower corners. Sticky stuff on the tv stand and bathroom counters. Beer bottle tops in couch. Sticky bathroom floor. Stains on bedspreads. Broken items in dining area. Water in the spray oil for the waffle maker. Dirty ice bucket in room with no bag. Non English speaking front desk people .

Could use a towel bar near sink and bathrobe hook in the bathroom.

There was only one towel in the room even when in the reservation I put two people in the room. The sink smelled like sewage. Hairs all over the shower. Coomforter was stained. No bed sheets for the pull out couch, no remote for the TV. Reserved two rooms, and the assigned rooms were in the in the opposite ends of the hotel. Hot tub was out and was not mentioned during check in. Would not recommend the hotel. Paid too much for the lack of quality.

Screaming for an update but worked for a place to crash before an early flight.

Everyone was helpful and kind. Our rooms were clean and maintained. No issues at all!

The location was close to where we needed to be. It was pretty run down and dirty.

The room was clean

Not much honestly, front desk staff was friendly when we checked in. Needs serious renovations, rooms were not cleaned, one of the door locks was broken, people propping the back door open so literally anyone could walk in. Hot tub was broken and there was no notice about that when we booked. The online pictures look good but does not depict the quality, or lack thereof, of the property.

I liked the location. The room was quiet. The room also was clean and had some nice amenities.

Quality was good, but the trash was overflowing at 8:00 am More than half the tables had their chairs put up. It would have looked better if all the tables were available and wiped from time to time.

Beds were stained
