Quality Suites Near West Acres

Disappointing

We just stayed a night. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit limited,

Did not go check on my lost items in hotel. Extremely disapointed.

Not very clean.

Pool/ hottub. Website says there is one there is no hot tub and pool said something about ecoli.

the pool was open all night the room was clean had more than enough towels in the room only 1 roll of tissue for 6 people

It all sucked. The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and the faucet was loose and not connected to counter.

I was there for 3 nights the room was never cleaned it smelled like smoke every time I went down stairs there was no staff around The service

Took them 10 mins to come out of what I think was the office at check in. room wasn’t clean, the bathroom floor in my room had shoe mud marks, the room had a weird smell. none of the vending machines worked it kept saying ‘sold out’ but it was fully stocked from what we could see. Me and my partner got back around 11pm from dinner and the first floor was flooded or something and they had this loud vacuum trying to suck the water up. The breakfast was very sad. one of the toasters was broken, bread and bagels were rock hard, ate dry cereal because the milk looked chunky. We checked out earlier than our check out time because we were fed up. The worker had pajamas on and a hoodie with her hood up at check out.

Beds were comfy, check in was easy, plenty of parking. Area seemed a bit off but there was some stores nearby. The actual room was quiet and I did have a great sleep which is rare for someone who stays in hotels often so that was awesome. It was a great room for my road trip and plenty of room for my family to feel comfortable.

The food was fine but they had a horror film on the tv in the breakfast room. For one night it was doable for us.

Disappointing

Rooms need some major maintenance. Counter is leaning, doors don't shut properly. Room doors don't close automatically as they should per fire codes. Cheaper room compared to others in the area, but you get what you paid for.
