Clean spacious room. Bathroom drain wouldn’t plug so we were limited to a shower.

The room is smell and has stains.

Comfortable and clean room. Staff was never at the front desk, otherwise the hotel space was great. Loved that the pool was open 24hours.

Sheets weren't the cleanest.

The pool was kept cold. The breakfast was lacklustre, all they had was waffles, bagels, toast and cereal. When the waffle mix was empty the front desk agent said it would take 5 min to get a new batch. When he came it looked like he had made the mix himself and refilled the container. It felt like it was under new management because it was the same front desk guy all day for the entire stay. Clearly understaffed and felt like each day was a struggle for them.

It was ok.

For the cost, its a place to stay. Breakfast is very minimal offerings.

We arrived quite late, so we're not able to utilize the pool or hot tub. However staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this location and will stop there again.

The room was a good size and clean. The beds were not very comfortable and the tv was surprisingly very small. I knew from previous reviews that the continental breakfast was lacking but I was also surprised to see that the four slice toaster only toasted in one slot, so there was always a line up for people wanting toast, they didn’t offer orange juice and the waffles couldn’t be pulled out in one piece from the waffle iron as it stuck so bad. Had to scrape it out in pieces even after using waffle release. Not much of a breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you intend to eat breakfast somewhere else.

Rooms were clean. Some say this part of town can be sketchy but we have never had a problem. Staff was great. Breakfast options have become more limited. Waffles and toast etc.

It's a nice new modern clean facility.Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were prompt and helpful (no complaints there) and gave us clean sheets for the beds. We only were there for one night and just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was inexpensive, although I still would have expected a clean room. On another positive note it was very quiet.

The good! The ac and tv worked well

Place was pretty cleaned for the most part. Swimming pool was clean and maintained. Only complaints were that the bedding and sheets were a little stained and yellow. Ac worked great, kept the room nice and cold. Will book again if ever in Fargo again.
