Do not stay here, many other nicer places to stay without such rude staff.

The pool was clean and in good condition.

The staff we came in contact with were great! The overall hotel needs updating and is not very clean. The one queen bed was slammed up against the wall with very little room to get in. The carpet needed cleaning in the rooms and all over the hotel. The elevator makes a scary noise and the water slides in the pool are not very sturdy. My 13 year old daughter who is 5'9"and average size made the slide wabble, my son who is taller and bigger would not try it. The buffet breakfast was lacking both mornings we were there. The pancake maker didn't work the first day and the sausages were still pink in the middle. The last morning, there were items like hashbrowns that were empty and still many people to feed yet. The 2nd night there, the keys didn't work to get into the side door of the hotel to our rooms. There was a couple 2 doors down that couldn't get into their room either due to keys being close to cell phones, but she made a call to the front desk and the staff delivered them new keys and also us!!

Very nice and relaxing

It was a really good experience. The staff was really sweet when we checked in. It’s an older hotel but it’s in great condition and the room is really cool. I would definitely stay there again.

Good breakfast
-
Wasn’t clean or well maintained at all.

Staff were very good. Property needs a lot of repair and update. Mold in a variety of areas. Paint and new carpet required everywhere. It's okay but very run down.
-
Disgusting. Black hair in my hotel room bathroom all over.
-
Wasn’t clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner was empty

Room was fine, breakfast was mediocre. Location is pretty good depending on why you are there. It’s adequate but not amazing.

This motel is an older building, it does need repairs. My room was sufficient and clean for my needs. Pool area looked great, breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

The toilet wasn’t working in our initial room, and it smelt of smoke. We were moved to a pool side room and subsequently woken the next morning at 7am by a skill saw right outside our room as they were doing pool space maintenance.
-
The room was very comfortable and clean, but the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude during check in.

Some of the other reviews on here were extremely negative so with apprehension I booked a room due to personal budget considerations. However, I found the exact opposite. A caring and conscientious staff.A beautiful clean room and a fantastic free breakfast. To make it even better they have a great location. No issues at all. These people that run this place really care and you won't be disappointed. Yes, you could spend an extra $100 and stay at the Holiday Inn, but not get anything better. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The room smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in months and was dirty. Everything from shampoo to the basic things that come with a room where empty or already opened. Pool and hot tub where disgusting and hotel staff couldn't care less. Dont stay here its a rat hole.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly even upgraded our room to pool side. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The room was clean only problem was the shampoo & conditioner in the containers in the shower were completely empty. And yes I am that person that uses the shampoo & conditioner in the shower especially after being in the pool with chlorine. I don’t like the smell on my hair & body. Other than that everything was great.
