The man last night, was rude. Yelled at me because the #4 door was propped open. I didn’t prop it open he just assumed I did and after my cigarette I was going to close it. Then I tried to tell the front desk lady and she was sort of helpful but then ended rude. She told me to write my name and number and boss would call me, then she threw the paper like I wasn’t important. Idk why ppl want to work in customer service and be rude as hell. The cleaning ladies were fantastic.

When we walked in the building where our room was, we could see that the place was not very clean (carpet was old/stained with visible dirt/debris) in the hallways. Our room was upstairs so we took the elevator. It made so many different sounds and jolted, we decided to use the stairs from that point forward. The stairwell had a very nasty smell, like dirty feet and who knows what. It was strong/heavy. When we finally got into our room, it also had a weird odor but thankfully nothing like the stairwell. The room was kind of dim, and appeared to be fairly clean. There were soiled spots on the carpet, and spots on the walls. We decided to run to a store for some Lysol to cut the stench. It helped, enough to get some rest after a long day of driving from Indiana. In the morning, we checked out after 6am and were told that breakfast was not opened yet. We can’t rate the options. We checked out and I was told that since I paid through Hotels.com that I could not get a receipt. Both of the other hotels we stayed with during our trip provided printed receipts (both booked with Hotels.com, the same way). That was strange in my opinion. Overall, I would not stay again. There has to be better options. 2 out 10 stars

The shampoo and body wash was empty in the shower. The handle on shower faucet was cold to the right and normally it would be hot. Table in dining room was not wiped clean of stinky spot.

Blood stains in the carpet and the sauna did not work.

Clean room ac was struggling but it was 103. Elevator was questionable

very nostalgic property of a bygone day. in need of some updates and attention to cleaning like painting and ceiling tiles. our room was OK but had an odor.

Staff was very pleasant.

Clean room, but they forgot to change the-empty container of conditioner and body wash. We really enjoyed the hot tub, but need a little bit of cleaning. Breakfast is good.

Our room was dated, and the furniture was sold and greasy. There also was a cricket in our ac, which made noise the whole stay. The breakfast was served at the bar room... and the area was dirty and not cleaned. WE FOUND A CONDOM WRAPPER IN THE SEAT >:( I understand for the price, it should be expected that the hotel isn't the best, but this place was the worst hotel I've been too. A few more things to mention. Police was called to the hotel during our stay, not for us but other residents, which was scary. The elevator sounds like its about to brake, and is very very noisy. The room smelt like smoke. The fridge didn't work, or the tv.

The water slides were not well maintained and very scary for the kids to go down.

Breakfast wasn't very good and the pancake machine wasn't working.

Room smelt like sewage. The doors are all beat up . The shampoo conditioner was empty the floor was dirty . Loud doors slamming all day and night shaking the room

We stayed in the King suite and it was great. The only down side was the sofa bed. My poor daughter woke up with a horrible back ache, but I guess that’s what you expect from a sofa bed.

It was an ok stayed. Staff, especially at the bar wasn’t very helpful. The condition of the inside of the building seems like it needs better maintenance, especially the elevator. Almost thought my fiancée and I were gonna be stuck in there. This won’t be my first choice to stay in the future.

We were extremely disappointed , the rooms smelled like cigarettes , there was hair all over the bathtub , the carpets were filthy , it looked nothing like pictures on Expedia . Not to mention there was no lily pads in the pool area and the one slide was broken . I would not recommend taking your family , very run down hotel and overpriced .
