Crown Pointe Lodge, BW Signature Collection

Room was clean, and I've stayed here 3 times in 6 weeks. Only and I repeat only thing was In 219 had a chlorine smell from pool area downstairs other than that very nice and will stay again.

Very pretty area, staff was wonderful and breakfast was great slso!

This is clean well maintained hotel with excellent staff! The breakfast is better than most. Plenty of amenities are nearby!

No plug for the bath tub. Staff did not provide one.

The team members in charge of cleaning are incredibly nice and greet you when you're walking down the hall. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they're well taken care of by the management team. Some places I've stayed don't seem as invested in their guests' experience but that is not the case with this hotel. I was excited to come back at the end of my long work day and knew I'd have a safe, clean, comfortable place to relax and recharge. That breakfast is also top notch, and I'm not a hotel breakfast person. I will stay here EVERY time I am in the area and I am looking forward to it. Thank you!

Well kept hotel. There was a bit of a smoke smell inside but room did not and was clean and fit our needs well for a family of 5. The pool and hot tub was a hit with the kiddos and me and the hubby even enjoyed them as well. Breakfast was good. Nice variety of food. Great views of the golf course as well.

We only stayed one night to attend a funeral the next day . The room and the bed were ok . Bed probably needs a new mattress. Breakfast was fair - kinda typical with some kind of egg dish and pancakes with sausage patties . Cereal choices also and then the mini refrigerator with yogurt, small juice cups ,butter water ,etc .

Fix the hot tub. Also website says indoor heated pool. Definitely not the case.

Property is lovely, pool area very nice. There is a large gathering space. The washer/dryer didn’t work. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast is sub par. Frozen egg options only, no toast option, no waffle option, terrible coffee, apples and fruit cocktail for fruit options.

It was a beautiful room and definitely wanted to stay longer

We stayed there for three nights and four days and even though we notified them that our room needed to be cleaned it never was one time during our stay. We had to go grab my own toilet paper and towel towels from their supplier area. No one spoke any English to tell them a room had not been cleaned. Also, the drains in the shower and in the sink would not drain so we had to remove them. We have stayed at this hotel for five or six years now since family moved in the area and we come to visit. New ownership is not putting any money into fixing repairs necessary. Many things need an upgrade. The view of the golf course is beautiful and the rooms are large. Those are the only two things we loved about the place.

Overall this is a fine hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was pretty clean and the property was accessible to the highway. Some observations: the drain was draining super slowly. This hotel is adjacent to a golf course so they are overrun by middle aged golfers who like to party once they are done for the day. They drink, smoke, and make plenty of noise. I stayed on the first floor near the lobby and that was a mistake on my part. To sum up, great staff, fairly clean, decent breakfast.

Clean, soft bed, very nice and helpful at check in. Elaina not sure on spelling. Refrigerator was off and water in tray. Telephone wires not connected. No bread or toaster for breakfast. Don't eat biscuits or sausage or green apples. Bananas would be nice. Orange juice, coffee and raisins bran were not good. Air conditioner had an oder when running it needs vent cleaned.

The eggs were cold and tasted frost bitten.
