The staff were so friendly & housekeeping came in each day to take care of our room. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. We had a great stay. Thank you to the staff!

I loved the staff! Alexis was an angel and did everything she humanly could to help me. It was just a horrible night between tornado warnings, switching rooms multiple times (again-the staff were lovely-they were only doing what they could to help), + a mix of other things I’ll talk to the hotel about privately. I enjoyed the pool (although I didn’t get to swim in it). It looked lovely and warm. I was only there for a couple of hours before giving up and heading back to my house. I’ll talk with the hotel GM about my issues, because I don’t believe the issues I kept running in to were anything housekeeping or anyone at that location could’ve prevented. The rooms/bathrooms/walls/carpets/etc. just needs upgraded, along with the mattresses and duvet covers needing completely replaced. It’s a miracle the staff is as lovely, kind, and patient as they are…they definitely save both Hampton Inn & Hilton (in my personal opinion). I’ve never not had a fantastic encounter with a staff member at any location. With that said, the rooms themselves are a different story. I have photos, but can’t bring myself to post them. I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s business, this was all solely based on the things I experienced last night that led me to go back home and check out early after trying two different rooms. Lastly, with how expensive these rooms are after taxes / fees, I’m just mind blown at the lack of care from the higher ups with maintaining their businesses/buildings and especially their customers. They set the prices, therefore there should be no reason they don’t start caring more. That’s just my opinion, though. Hopefully everyone else had a lovely stay. One more time - the staff is incredible and you will not leave without a smile on your face, regardless of whether you book a room there/stay there or not. 10/10 staff & easily the best staff of any company I’ve ever experienced.

We stayed 2 nights at this Hampton. If you're accustomed to staying at various Hampton Inns when you travel, this isn't your typical Hampton Inn. It's older and not as well maintained as other Hamptons. Notably, there were many trucks and vehicles towing trailers in the parking lot when we stayed. Each of the large vehicles parked sideways, taking up 4-8 parking spaces, which created a parking problem for other guests.

Price was double what I normally pay. And much higher than others around. Hot water was out, ac leaked on floor. Room was dated and really unimpressive. Bathroom door latch stuck and my wife had to open it from outside. For 200t a night.

Breakfast was great! We got our bellies full. Everything was warm and fresh Not having hot water to shower that night.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Everything was fine. Hot water was off but informed us about that on check in. Gave us options in the area if we wanted to cancel.

This is ridiculous, but I have learned a lesson. Never book third party you get what you pay for. Now I have to fight with Expedia to resolve this issue.

The hotel was ok except that the hot water went out for the entire hotel for the duration of our stay. I'm fairly sure it wasn't working when we checked in, but we didn't find out until we took a shower the next morning. The staff never mentioned anything about it until we brought it up and didn't bother to keep us updated. We had to keep asking when it might be fixed. They refused to refund even a part of the room fee and were ignoring the request when I took the complaint to the corporate level. Hilton corporate customer service eventually agreed to a partial refund, which I thought was fair, but should have been offered initially without making me jump through so many hoops to get it. I would not go back to this hotel, because if there is any issues they will dodge all accountability.

Took a cold shower. Told the maid as I was leaving and she said they have been having problems with their water heater for a COUPLE OF MONTHS. then says “I guess they didn’t tell you wwlheb you checked in?” Told the front desk clerk and they said “yeah, had a plumber out yesterday but guess they didn’t fix it”. My bs meter was pegged. Holiday inn in Farmington from now on.

    Bad

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Staff and breakfast was good… BUT unfortunately the carpet in the room was covered in stains, the air on the floor was turned off (our unit still had air conditioning but the hall outside and elevator area was off) the thermostat showed 79 degrees. Also super humid in the whole hotel. In addition, the water heaters were out of service so no hot water (note they did say we could cancel our room but we didn’t have much of an option with it being a small town).

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean The shower did not have hot water so we had to take cold showers. The toilet had flushing problems and it’s terrible this happens with the amount of money they charge

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Location was good, staff were friendly No bar at hotel, the AC units are so loud, Loud enough to wake you up when the click on several times during the night
