Noisy highway but expected. The breakfast was awful & other people at breakfast stated that as well.

Solid room for the price

Property is disgusting. There's a bunch of drug addicts that actually live there. Not clean. Actually left and went to another facility.

Bath tub not clean. Hair in it. Floor in bathroom and in area of sink was sticky and you could see the dirty marks on floor. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. Floor outside of door was extra sticky.

I have never stayed in a room that had so many flies . They had 2 fly traps hanging from the ceiling. Never seen that before in a hotel room.

Bad

Not much, they still have work to do, looks like they have people living there , kids running around late , we arrived at 10:30 pm and I fell asleep listening to them ! Our room smelled horrible not just musty , Smokey but had a peculiar stink almost like ammonia but we had driven from Pensilvania and it was time to rest but the smell made my head hurt all night .

Rate on room was not what you quoted me we paid 8.00 more. Was not happy at all.

While the bed was very comfortable and the shower did have great pressure, there were other things that could have been addressed. First off was the cracked mirror as we walked into the room. It went from the top to the bottom. It was apparent that something hit it to cause the damage. The selection for breakfast was pretty good but nothing we ate was great except the cereal and waffles. We stayed here because we have a dog and they did allow pets. The room was relatively inexpensive, so we got what we paid for.

Doors did not open or close properly. Cords hanging from wall where the TV was. It was obvious that people were living there and there were people who were not guests using the pool. Not recommended.

Convenience, facilities, room and breakfast all great. Very helpful staff. Lack of an elevator. I had a heavy bag to carry up to the second floor.

It was horrible I would not recommend this hotel not even on my worst enemy it's like you're walking into a psycho ward or something I would not stay there again

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom was not in the best shape but water was hot. Breakfast decent. Indoor pool was cold and outdoor pool needed some attention. Had to call in a noise complaint late at night. The environment around the property did not make us feel 100% safe at times. Had to dispute an additional charge on the room. A bit of a communication issue with the front desk staff.

I will NEVER book here again!!!!! Staff is terrible, they dont answer the phone. They are rude, if they do answer. Rooms are dirty!!! Bathroom stinks!! And there refund policy is TRASH!!! NEVER EVER EVER BOOK OR THINK OF BOOKING HERE!! WORST NEVER STAY EVER!!
