We live in Fayetteville so this was just a little “staycation” and we chose The Graduate because the downtown location, lists of restaurants and shopping and the farmers market, plus the indoor/outdoor pool, and just the cool vibe. Everything was lovely.

Is always our must go to in Fayetteville. Thank y’all so much for always taking care of us. They are ALWAYS consistent with a great atmosphere the minute you walk in.

I will not stay here again even though we are honor members I would prefer to stay at another one of Hilton hotels and get what we pay for.

Love the decor and vibe. Location is perfect for U of A campus and downtown. I'll definitely stay again!

The rooms are somewhat dated, but the gathering area and bar downstairs, as well as the location near the square and Dickson street make this a great place to stay

Came in town for a wedding. Very clean and everything needed was on site. The hotel was perfectly located close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when we come back next time.

Super friendly staff, and the lobby Arkansas decor was fantastic. I was lucky enough to have a view of Old Main, too! Great location to walk to all the fun boutiques downtown. The only negative--no mini-fridge. I've come to expect those, so I didn't even think to look for it on the list of amenities. Overall, a great, quick stay for UArk orientation.

I would recommend. It was a little musty but I think its because they allow dogs.

If I could live in this hotel, I would.

Booting and ticketing is being done to unsuspecting visitors. Especially along Dickson street. Needs to be addressed. Hotel was nice could use better pillows

Wasn't the cleanest room we stayed in, and the shower drained super slow. Staff was awesome

Older, dated hotel. However, clean & comfortable room, helpful, friendly staff. Location can’t be beat if visiting University of Arkansas campus. Would absolutely stay here again.
