We had a wonderful stay. Staff was amazing. Pool was very full of people so we didnt use it. Would stay here again!

There was only instant coffee in the rooms and when I waited to get actual coffee downstairs, you had to pay for it. Very disappointing! I’ve never been in a Hilton that did not offer complimentary coffee to its guests. Ruined my experience over a cup of coffee!

From the outside, the hotel appears cute, kitschy, and eclectic. Upon entry, you are greeted by an aesthetic and unique lobby and bar area. That’s pretty much where things stop being great. Upon entering room 400, the first thing that assaulted my senses was the smell of stagnant must. To mitigate this, I turned in the AC (which worked beautifully). The room itself was a hodgepodge of mismatched decor with no cohesive theme or motif. The wall paint was dingy and faded, baseboards were filthy, door and door trims were scuffed, and the bathroom door would not close and could not be locked. Several other issues were present as well including: non functioning bedside outlets/ ports, a weak toilet that wouldn’t flush properly, and uncomfortable beds. The AC was strong, and the shower was hot. Unfortunately, this property missed the mark and doesn’t do the Hilton brand justice.

Love staying at Graduate hotels! Always a fun, quirky aesthetic and vibe that is fun to explore. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice, laid-back bar.

Hotel was amazing and a great place. Kids had a blast. The surrounding shops and amenities were great as well.

A great experience. I would highly recommend staying here when in Fayetteville. Super close to everything and in walking distance.

We live in Fayetteville so this was just a little “staycation” and we chose The Graduate because the downtown location, lists of restaurants and shopping and the farmers market, plus the indoor/outdoor pool, and just the cool vibe. Everything was lovely.

Is always our must go to in Fayetteville. Thank y’all so much for always taking care of us. They are ALWAYS consistent with a great atmosphere the minute you walk in.

I will not stay here again even though we are honor members I would prefer to stay at another one of Hilton hotels and get what we pay for.

Love the decor and vibe. Location is perfect for U of A campus and downtown. I'll definitely stay again!

The rooms are somewhat dated, but the gathering area and bar downstairs, as well as the location near the square and Dickson street make this a great place to stay
