I was charged $46 for overnight parking. I was informed that there would be a charge for parking on property overnight but couldn't believe that it was $46 when I received the receipt. I called the day I checked out, when I received the receipt, and spoke with Heather about the issue. She was kind but said that she was new and needed to speak with a manager about the charge and that the charge did not sound right. I did not receive a call back. I called twice on Monday couldn't anyone to answer the front desk phone so they sent me to Lauren's voicemail, where I left a message but have not received a call back. I would like a call back to discuss this please.

The hotel

Total nightmare dealing with the staff.
-
Clean room and comfortable bed, but extremely small and tight. Crammed too much into small rooms. Prepare for an additional parking fee that wasn’t advertised.

Love the atmosphere

Very cool property with great rooms and amenities. Unfortunately, parking is ridiculous. You have to either pay $30 for overnight valet or pay by the hour ($45 for 8 hours) in the adjacent lot. Would give this hotel a 5 star otherwise.

An awesome experience. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Rooms are extremely tight spaces. The way the double beds are positioned makes it difficult to watch the TV. Walls/floors are very thin. People above us sounded like they were in our room. The stomping lasted for about 4 hours so barely slept.

Mandatory $30 per night valet parking fee plus tips was not an expected added expense. There is no free parking near the hotel property. This is an ongoing issue around the downtown Fayetteville area. Hotel was a unique experience and in a quiet location, but leaving the hotel is not as convenient as it should be.

Coffee in the room :)

Great service and close to a lot of stuff. The bartender at the Mexican restaurant was hospitable!

Very good

Conveniently located, walkable to many attractions. Fun for adults and kids Honestly, the parking. Valet as the only option is less than ideal but that would be my only complaint

Excellent service in total

What a fun and neat place! We wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend it!

This is a very trendy hotel. Cool vibes but over priced for the amenities. You must valet park for $30. There is no coffee in the room and the coffee downstairs was out. They only provide breakfast for purchase. Overall the hotel is clean.
