The police in the back told us there was criminal activity. I asked what he was talking about and he said prostitution and drug dealers. We went back to the room and it was the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life. We immediately checked out. The sheets were dirty. The phone, tv, hair dryer didn’t work

Nothing The room smelled like cigarettes and weed. The toilet did not flush. It didn’t not look anything like the pictures. There was a door connecting our room to the next room which made us feel very unsafe. Our dog was attacked by the neighboring dog as it was not on a leash, staff was notified and nothing happened. We were told by staff that we would receive a refund as we ended up leaving after a couple hours due to the conditions but are now being told we will not be getting one. The staff was rude, especially on the phone when we called about our refund. I do not recommend this hotel at all!! Save yourself some money and find somewhere else!
