Being away from the highway For starters this hotel has gone completely down hill in the past year alone. Wifi sucks, rooms weren't clean, holes in walls, mold on shower curtain and ac unit was filthy moldy and the filter was broken, the foundation of the hotel itself looked to be falling apart especially beside my room. There were roaches, dirty towels, loud noises from the neighbors, even the linen had holes and stains on them. The front desk charged me for a service animal for my disabled son which they still assumed was a regular pet because of the breed. The first agent said no then the next agent when I extended said there is still a pet fee for a service animals which was bs. They charged my card $100. If i could've checked out early, I would have! I'm Completely disappointed with my stay. While it was sure stay and quality inn last year, it wasnt as bad. But now they are just money hungry because of the previous guests they've had. It's a shame!!!

The room was filthy, the dead bolt was broken off our door, there were roaches and the property itself was filthy. Clothes strewn about the grassy areas, large amounts of trash sitting out on the balconies.

Not clean room

My room was damp and smelled of mildew. Even putting on clean clothes, the clothes felt damp. Breakfast was watered down waffle mix, muffins, and cereal. No protein. But, what do you expect for $52 a night.

Very dated, beds weren't comfortable...we checked in quite late, desk clerk seemed annoyed...won't stay there again

We were awoken at 6:30 by two people standing outside our door talking about where to buy weed and loudly cursing. Then when I went into the bathroom, I found a roach that quickly scurried into the drain cover in the bathtub. We booked 3 nights, but could only stand to stay one night. Hotel concierge didn’t even apologize for the condition of the room and only refunded me for one night.
