Nothing I didn’t like when I stayed on August 8th there was this white man crashing out and screaming he and yelling for 5 hours and police showed up and I just wanted to sleep I. Wouldn’t recomend

Close to downtown Fayetteville. There are homeless people that hang around outside. We watched several of them fight near the Ruby Tuesdays beside the hotel. A different couple walked in off the street for the free breakfast and coffee. The woman had the nerve to cuss and complain about the smaller sized coffee cup, when she wasn’t even staying there.

The staff seemed super nice. The room smelled of smoke and was very humid, it was impossible to stay. I had to check out early. Staff promised a refund but never gave it.

I liked the location. I didn't like that the towels and washcloths looked dingy, the floor wasn't swept, the refrigerator wasn't clean and the chairs were filthy and the legs on them were uneven and wobbly. We asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out and they didn't bother to do that. The bathroom door was way too heavy and it needed a good cleaning as well.

Room was spotless the brief interactions with staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel is outdated and the ac in my room kept it ok but not very cool although it wasn’t an issue, just me being bougie. Would stay here again

Staff was superb and made easiest check-in and out ever! Rooms still need some upgrades but beds fridge cable a/c and toilet all made for comfy stay. Breakfast is a waste of time unless you are a cold cereal and coffee person.

Upon entry, myself and my three children were smacked in the face by the strong scent of marijuana. When I went back to the front desk to request a refund, I was told this was a non smoking hotel. I get that… but the room itself smelt horrendous. The front desk staff was very understanding and refunded me. It doesn’t bother some but gives me headaches and I couldn’t imagine my kids staying overnight in that smell.

The first room was not clean and the curtains were busted and it smells Then they took me to another room it was a little better but not comfortable so I didn’t stay I had to get another hotel in stay

I couldn’t stream my console.

The room was quite dirty. I was apprehensive about using the towels, and ended up just using a cloth I bought. The linen on the bed looked dirty and stained. the floor was very dirty.

The location was great, and the staff gave amazing service. The older Caucasian gentleman who worked at night really went out of his way to help us. Our shower head wasn't positioned right, making it hard to adjust. When I called the front desk, he came right up to check it out. He nicely suggested we use another room for showering since no one could fix ours at that moment. So, we used the shower on the second floor but kept our room on the first. I asked for his name but forgot it. Then another older lady worker in the morning said he'd been working there for a long time. I'd guess he was in his 70s. He totally deserves our sincere thanks. Thank you, Sir! While the breakfast selections were limited, they were satisfactory. As long as coffee is available in the morning, I am content.
