Rooms are clean and furnitures are new

New, spacious, and clean

Newly renovated clean room. Staff was very friendly. But there was an overpowering small of incense the entire stay which was not enjoyable.

Did not like that I could see the bathroom sink lights when sleeping. But aside from that -it’s a great place!

Staff was polite and friendly. At breakfast, the young lady checked to see if everything was fine and if we needed anything. Upon check-in the staff greeted us with a smile and fresh baked cookies.

I went to the desk to explain and he said there was no record. So why would I have two sets of keys. Then a person asked me to check out, but I stated that I added another day. Who is responsible for the day to day operations? I checked out after my 3 days and reminding myself not to Ever stay at another Baymount.

Good place for traveling through. Near Highway and convenient.

This was our first time staying at a Baymont by Wyndham. The room was very clean overall; however, I was disappointed to find some mess on the wall in the bathroom near the toilet. I would suggest taking the time to clean the walls, especially in the bathroom!

Roaches in the room and staff discombobulated.

The room itself was clean, the lot was well lit and the check in lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. Our door locked but had a gap around it where light, smells from people outside smoking and noise came in so sleep wasn’t great. It was a good value but probably wouldn’t stay again
