Good value, staff friendly and helpful and those cookies are a pleasant surprise. I probably wouldn’t stay here with family again, but a good place last minute if you don’t need to be near Bragg or the airport.

Expedia fooled me with this excellent rating.

Room was clean, everything looked new. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was available just outside the door. Breakfast had a variety of cold and hot items. Coffee was fresh. We will definitely stay here on our next trip through NC.

The fact that people wear hanging outside of their rooms

I was sleeping in my bed and got a call to come to the office. When I got to the office, the guy said they needed to make repairs on my room and I had to check out even though I had already paid for the next few days. Didn’t offer me another room or an apology or anything. He was very aggressive and rude. I explained I been in the room for the past few days and there’s nothing wrong with it, but he stuck to his excuse and threatened me with the police. All this for nothing! I was literally sleep and never seen that staff member until that day .

The next day, I spoke with the manager, who said he would check with the employee and call me back. However, it has now been four days, and I have called every day. Each time, I receive the same response that they are still checking and will get back to me. I understand that things can take time, but four days have passed without any update or action. I would really appreciate it if someone could please look into this and let me know when my retainer can be mailed to me.

Spartan, but clean and modern room. Real hot breakfast and pleasant staff.

The room was clean, staff was super nice, entrance to the room is outside so I didn’t like that there was only one way up and one way down. Other than that it was great!

Return trip and this was my half way point. At this price I really didn't expect much BUT that was the surprise!!! It has everything the pricier hotels offer. Very clean with ALL the amenities, had two restaurants plus fast food close by, I walked to Ruby's. Really tired so I slept through the breakfast, wish I could tell you about that my stay was extremely comparable to any other hotel but at a better RATE!!!!!.
