Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville South by IHG

Exceptional

Superb

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in this country out of this country both on business and on pleasure trips I've stayed in hotels that overlook the Eiffel Tower that overlook times square and this is the neatest most modern hotel at least a motor hotel that I've ever stayed in the people were friendly it was very modern it even has electric blinds that go up and down color me impressed

Not enough restaurants in that immediate area. Had to drive 15 min to Fayetteville for options other than fast food, Ruby Tuesday or Marquis Bistro (which was ok, just not what we really were looking for)

It was a very clean and modern inside. Staff was excellent. The location was easy to get to and adequate parking. The breakfast just ok, but it was adequate.

Very convenient and good location. Room clean and comfortable and love the in room coffee maker. And so nice to have breakfast right there.

The location was great as well as the customer service AC unit was loud, disturbing.

This was an clean and well maintained hotel. All our answers were answered. A very courteous staff.

The staff is the absolute BEST!! Each day/night we were greeted with the most friendly smiles and kindness. The beds and pillows are super comfy! The breakfasts were really good. The housekeeping was also very good! After a storm came through the maintenance staff were very quick to address issues outside and get everything back in order. We love it here!!

Breakfast was great, many options to choose from. Not a thing

Welcoming staff

The A/C was making a noise but I guess we got used to it.

Staff was effective

Great experience there. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was a great stay. Everything we needed.

The staff was very nice, rooms were clean. The breakfast was good with the exception of the pancake maker was broken.

Place was killer, pristine clean, nice room, excellent pool , excellent breakfast. Very nice staff ! We stayed there again on way back. If they could have more outlets in the room regular 120 volt 15 amp outlets would be better.
