Super 8 by Wyndham Fayetteville

The place it’s nice and clean the outside but inside the rooms they need to do better. It’s not clean properly and I had to call them because I did not have hot water and the TV was not working but besides that they have good staff and good communication and for what I went majority of the part, I was not in the room so I did not care for the cleanest inside the room that much

Never will stay at this super 8 concentration camp. Thats how its managed. 11 am comes and a staff member with a clip board goes knocking on doors. This literally happened to us; she knocked on our door. I wasn't 3ft away getting ready to answer it. She opens the door!!!!! My gf still in bed!!! We were re-booking for another nite. They are not flexible at all!! We needed to bring my gf's dog. 10 dollar pet fee. Thats fine. But before you can bring a pet in? 10 dollars. We wanted to wait till the next day as we were waiting on money being sent to us. Nope!!! 10 dollars or no pet in room. Pool closes at 8pm. You must be out of pool by 8pm. Not 8:03. Staff in office is rude. Housekeepers are polite and nice. We will never stay here again!!!

Does not have everything listed as being in the room. Also the breakfast is nothing but cereal and its only 2 kinds. You pay a decent price to stay and cant even get bread to have toast like you use to.

Very clean, I was surprised at the modern furniture and look. Excellent stay. Thanks!

Location Staff and the room

Convenient to stores and food No smoking

We checked in at 10:00 PM and expected the pool to be closed which was fine. However their breakfast was horrible. There was nothing there except crumbs of raisin bran as soon as I got there I was already paid in full. The staff requested a $50 deposit saying it would be returned in 3 to 5 days not worth the money.

Roaches in the room. But the staff was a new girl. She was very nice The staff and location was nice but facility was awful roaches on wall on bed etc…

The staff was very friendly. The pool was great, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, but all they had was 2 different kinds of cereal usually when breakfast is included they have a big variety of things but I guess cereal is technically breakfast.

Convenient location Air conditioner didn't work very well

Nothing Everything, beds were dirty, the room had 3 roaches dead and 1 alive, the bathroom was disgusting couldn’t even use it, the sink had boogers all over it. Soon as I opened the door there was a strong smell, started throwing up. I’m not one to leave reviews, seriously save your money!

Nothing Nothing

Nothing It was absolutely filthy. Old food, used washcloths, hair in the shower, absolutely disgusting. My neighbor played loud music all night and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The staff was extremely rude. And (I’m assuming because I complained and they got mad about it) they never gave back my deposit. And I’ve called for a week straight and they won’t answer the phones to get the deposit back. Ended up going to the baymont across the street. That place was PHENOMENAL and only like $5 more a night
