Red Roof Inn Fayetteville I-95

First day we thought things were going to be great then we found several roaches crawling throughout the room we were in. The next day we asked to use the pool which is part of the amenities and the staff was rude and stated that it was up to her when or if she opens the pool for the travelers here. Why publish in your amenities list about the pool if you are not going to honor its use. This is a classic example of when the cats away scenario. The main manager here was great but I noticed that when he was no longer on site all the pleasantries were off the table.

Front desk personnel were very accommodating

The a/c was turned off when we got into our rooms, and the cold water was turned off under the sink. There were a lot of people around that made it seem like one of those hourly hotels. I could be wrong, but I didn’t feel very safe. I will say that the rooms had been updated because there was a paint smell, and looked like new flooring. The toilet leaked a little bit, and there were dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. Our keys (4 because we had 2 rooms) stopped working after being out all day, so we had to get them redone. Breakfast was good, but they don’t allow you to bring it to your room.

Friendly staff, safe area, room was very clean. The only thing was our hot tub in the room did not hold the water so we couldn’t use it. We had a good night’s rest though!!!

Friendly staff, breakfast was good, clean rooms and lobby, good location. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Beds were not very comfortable.

I got charged 2ce! Plus..the initial charge doesnt even match my receipt ! contacted booking.com twice..they said they would contact the hotel..but nothing!

Room was clean but had smell seemed like it was from the air conditioner. Breskfadt was good, Continental, waffles. Staff was nice
