It was clean but had a weird smell like stale cigarettes. Short time frame for breakfast and staff were in eating at some of the tables, which made it hard for customers to fine a table

Muy limpia la habitación y el lugar, los de recepción muy amables los Housekeeping muy atentos y muy limpios, el desayuno siempre estaba calientito, muy buen lugar para ir en familia yo fui con mi esposo y mi bebé y una semana y me hicieron sentir como en casa, espero volver nuevamente, la sr Jen se convirtió en la abuelita de mi bebé, mi bebé la adoro que personal tan excelente y amables❤️❤️❤️❤️

Close to family who live in Fergus Falls. A nice location. & easy to get too! Friendly owner & staff, clean, well maintained.

Biggest problem…… really needs updating. Facility is showing it’s age.

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was clean but could use repair, as there were cracks in the shower. Heated pool was nice, hot tub definitely warm. However, jets are so low., you could almost give yourself an enema if you lean up against them.

Comfort inn Fergus Falls is our choice when visiting this area of MN. We immediately noticed upgrades throughout the facility. Our room had been upgraded. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and overall welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice giving us many choices, including hot scrambled eggs and a meat served daily. We enjoyed that option and all was quite tasty, hot, and fresh! The desk staff were always at the desk to provide assistance with whatever was needed. The location is good and the price is fair per night. All said, their work to improve the property was noticed and will continue to be our choice when visiting Fergus Falls!!

Having water available is great, but it would be nice to have two kinds. One with lemon, one without. Being provided cookies as a snack is very thoughtful. Receiving a guest check-in bag is also a great gesture.

Staff was friendly to us and facilities were good. There was a definite cigarette smoke smell that came through the vents several times a day. Not us, but friends of ours booked the 2 room suite, but were told when they arrived that it was not available. They were not offered a refund or a reduction of rate because the room that they were given had a couch. That was one expensive couch.

Beds are very firm and shower doesn’t have much pressure. Staff friendly and helpful.
