Quick and easy check in. Very friendly staff. Very clean property

My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at another Country Inn and Suites in Ohio the night before, so last night on our journey we chose this one. Boy did we have an awful night. The guest next door got extremely inebriated and we were awoken to him pounding on our door aggressively and shouting at 2am. After speaking with the front desk, it turned out he lost his key but was also wandering around without pants, barefoot, with very muddy feet leaving muddy prints everywhere. We were told he was asleep now and it was fine, but we had been dealing with this for half an hour, afraid to leave the room, and wanted to call the police. We were told a manager was being contacted, but we never heard anything. In the morning, the manager and owner Kalpesh Chaudhari said that the guest was given a warning. I was shocked he hadn’t been thrown out! He was at first apologetic but the mention of any compensation made him very dismissive. We had Expedia ask about a refund but he denied, offering 10% off instead, which is an insult. This shows an extraordinary lack of care for guests’ safety and comfort, and unbelievable that a hotel would continue to accommodate a guest aggressively harassing others in a rage in the middle of the night, while his dog barked in his room non-stop. I wouldn’t advise any woman travelling to stay here, it is not safe. After a traumatising night, we are disgusted at how we were treated.

The room was clean and spacious.

We had no interaction with the staff after checking in. My issue is that the building is not clearly marked. We drove around it several times trying to figure out where the entrance was or whether we were even in the right place.

They had the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen.

The front desk staff member did a very good job checking me in We have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed the bar and grill that was on site we were disappointed that it was no longer open Our kids did enjoy the pool area We just would have liked to visit with family a little longer but the pool area including the seating area out there closed and that ended our visit The Hotel is nice, comfortable, overseen by cheerful, helpful, staff no complaints

The place was clean and the beds, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. They also offered a decent breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights but cleaning staff was minimal so we had to ask every day for any service such as garbage dumped or towels changed. They only made up the room once. The pool was large but the hot tub jets were angled so that they shot up out of the water so that they were loud and sprayed you, making the tub basically unusable. The breakfast was disappointing in that it was the same everyday and often cold. It appeared that they were understaffed with the front desk staff also on cleaning. This appeared to be a cost saving choice rather than seasonal availability.

Great place to stay, at a great price!

The room could have been cleaner. The shower had mold in the caulk. Needs to be updated. Overall this is an average but very outdated hotel that needs updates.

This is not the country inn and suites that you think you know. The outside looks like a 1980’s office building. No porch. No welcome and inviting lobby. Staff was nice enough but not hospitable in that warm welcome. Better options available and nothing special to say pick this property.

Issues with the tv service. Otherwise, fantastic!! Safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable!!

All it will take is one person slipping and seriously injuring themselves and this place will be sued out of business.

The breakfast was good but I would recommend to have some gluten free bread or rolls on request.
