Clean, fun, new hotel close to the beach. The free breakfast tasted like real food (eggs, sausage, etc.). My favorite feature was the water dispenser in the lobby that provided hot, cold, and carbonated water---the latter being a surprise treat and encouragement to stay hydrated. A very nice 1/2+ mile public boardwalk into a tidal wetland with brackish water is just a few blocks away toward the west--we spotted herons, egrets, crabs, osprey, fish, and more. The swimming pool is small (not great for lap swimming, but hey, this place is Margaritaville-related, so what can you expect?). Great views of the Atlantic and summer thunderstorms approaching from the rooftop bar. Pleasant and eagerly helpful staff everywhere.

The property is well managed and maintained. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location is absolutely fantastic, lots of restaurants and steps to the beach. Will be coming back!

Property opened about 15 months. View from the Chill Bar on 4th floor was amazing! All staff was helpful. Loved the location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will return.
