All else was decent and comfortable.

It was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The staff, our room and the bars were perfect. The breakfast however was subpar. They advertise that the breakfast is from 7-10 am. On Tuesday morning at 8:15 they had run out of food. On Wednesday morning we went early at 7:30 and the breakfast was limited. Very disappointed with the included breakfast. We will however stay there again but will eat breakfast out.

New hotel so I’m great shape. Very convenient to restaurants as well as beach. All very walkable. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

It’s one block off of the beach and there are lots of nice restaurants in the area. The continental breakfast was very good, although I think their fresh fruit should not have been left uncovered. Other than that, we are really excited about going back to this hotel. If you’re looking for nightlife or for bars or clubs to go to in the evening, please note that this city shuts down early and most establishments close by 9 PM. If you’re looking for a “party all night” type of atmosphere this is not for you. Oh yes, and you must make sure to visit the Flagler Beach winery.

No soap or shampoo in the containers, humidity was high off the charts in my room, ac needed to be fixed, loud dj music in the lobby made it hard to hear during check in, front desk talked down to me when I said I had a problem and they she told me to find another hotel. Which I did. I want my money back but of course that won't happen.

loved the roof top restaurant/ bar - such a great place to stay!!

Also a warning: I had an ocean view room on the third floor my first night. All I heard was Fin’s Bar’s DJ and their patrons partying into the night on their rooftop dance floor (after flying 12 hours from the West Coast. So I had that going for me. Which was nice.

Bteakfast was your EH.

Pool is extremely small right next to parking lot. Rooms were clean but bathroom was dirty. Mildew on soap dispensers and under drain. Great location right across from the beach. We’ve stayed here a couple of times. They just opened a little over a year ago I believe. It is starting to look a little worn already.

We’ve stayed there a couple of times so far best place to stay in Flagler Beach. Extra clean rooms the staff is awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Room was clean but Air conditioner was unbelievably loud and wouldn’t shut down, toilet seat was broken I had to fix it, no large towels and our room was next to a room with a dog who barked constantly especially at night snd early morning.

There appeared to be only two staff members working, possibly a cook and an assistant. They seemed to be doing what they could, but the area was clearly overwhelmed, and several guests were complaining. Compared to Saturday, the difference was day and night. I understand that busy mornings can happen, but breakfast is an important part of the guest experience. Better staffing, working equipment, and properly cooked food would have made a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the breakfast service going forward.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Hotel was somewhat clean and staff was great. Bar and restaurant were typical Margaritaville style. Food was ok. Had a king ocean front room which was ok but had 2 chairs but no table which was kinda weird. Bathroom was a little dirty with what appeared to be mold at the bottom of the shower door and refrigerator had crumbs left behind. Quiet location with not much around. Definitely not on the beach although you could see it. City Park and busy road between the beach and the property. I had never been to Flagler Beach before and I will never visit again.

Great place! We’ll be back
-
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in awhile! Every single team member was helpful and kind. Staying here was exactly what I needed and I'll definitely be back!
-
Do not pay extra for ocean side room until you find out if bar across street has live music that night. It was so loud that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony and couldn’t even hear tv in our room! Ask at front desk first — they say thé music isn’t every night

Great location with numerous restaurants with live music. The singer at the Compass pool side was great as well. The breakfast is wonderful as well. This is where you want to stay. The new pier is being built right now and will be a great place to fish from. While we were there July 28-30 there were many people fishing and catching fish.
