It was clean. Lots of damage in rooms. Property needs refurbishing. Great location. Super cheap and served our needs but won’t likely stay again. Locks are iffy, damages in rooms. Walkable to much in Flagler. Beach is lovely.

My room had private balcony with a beach view and a 1920's vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful staff. A connected restaurant with dining tables and fantastic seafood menu. A bit pricey on the food but delicious. Clean pool. I'll be back.

Pretty sure I got bite by critters while I was sleeping .. don’t recommend

Literally, our room was dirty (had food left on the table) and we had no microwave, no fridge, no end tables, no working lamps, no working TV, no ice machine, and no washer and dryer. And, the pool was not open because it was not up to code. The power flickered on and off during storms continuously. We asked for a refund and only got a credit. Such a disappointment.

Nice views and good breakfast

Well it was an inexpensive place to stay and that's what you got. The beaches right across the street which is nice. And it's got a restaurant attached to the property which is really nice little pricey. But the locals and everybody goes there it's a good place to eat I guess. The room well my TV had a line running through it it only had about 15 20 channels no good channels at all the refrigerator never got cold there was no microwave in the room which there was supposed to be there's no cups no ice the pool was open but it had a sign on it saying pretty much swim at your own risk. It's a dump but it's cheap I guess you can't expect much. And it's kind of far away from anything if you want to walk to it like to the pier it's a bit of a walk. So if you're going there don't expect much but it is cheap like I said I guess you get what you pay for.

Parking available, not only for guests. One light in room. No refrigerator, coffee pot or microwave. Nice view, reasonable price

It was nice except for the roaches. The problem wasn’t in just our room but others as well.

Upon walking in you will find random, old light fixtures that don't work, curtain rods falling in half so you can't shut the curtains, nasty toilet seats, holes in the walls, no comforters (only a sheet), a shower that none of my family would step foot in. Now, the property....the pool had a hazard sign on the gate from the city that it is not safe to swim in. Staff was not friendly at check-in. We tried to stay elsewhere, but nothing was available. We will NEVER be back. And it wasn't even cheap!!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Very accommodating. Room was very cozy. With having a refrigerator and microwave in it, I was expecting a little table with two chairs. Room two small for that, but my suggestion would be to put a couple folding TV tables. On the last day of our stay, the pool was closed due to health concerns by the health department. I was trying to find out why and couldn’t quite understand why because the staff did not speak English very well. I definitely would consider going again.

Great price and located right across the street from the beach. Not a lot of frills but the rooms were clean and spacious.

Got a room for 2 days pet friendly hotel on the Expedia app it said dog stayed free and that there was free breakfast got there was charged $20 a night for the dog no breakfast just coffee orange juice room was clean and very comfortable. The parking wasn't so great due to restaurant being added to the hotel if you left and came back you weren't getting a parking spot especially during dinner hours ice machine did not work who was great and you're right across the street from the beach. There were several restaurants in the area a lot of seafood if you're not a seafood lover then you had to drive all the way into Ormond or Daytona to go eat next time I stay I will definitely purchase a kitchenette that way we can cook our own food save a little bit of money

We were really excited to find topaz motel. We love the fact that it was beachfront and had a pool. However, this place is in desperate need of a renovation. The bathroom was very clean. There were many holes in the wall and everything was peeling up and very rundown looking.
