I like only the location. I was really disappointed, when you going in to check in shocking you how look like everything. Minimum what need that's a cleaning and after an update ...what they advertise to book that side is they saying under construction. Where they want to put you in the doors not opening or closing and don't have locks on.Honestly I never experienced in Motel, Hotel something like that I have to sleep by open door .Next to the main street.I am really surprised how can operate this place like that? No inspection? No regulation?

They really nice people which is the sad part, but the place is an incident waiting to happen this place violates all standards in the Us and safety guidelines, I’m sorry to say 😞 never again !

Absolutely NOTHING! Everything. This place is a DUMP. The website pictures must be 10+ years old. Furniture, fixtures, bedding, flooring, towels, toiletries are all old and nasty. No working TV service, microwave, mini frig, coffee.......NOTHING. A bed and a light. I was lucky to have had a blanket. I am not exaggerating and I could go on. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE. Spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. Wish I had taken pics. PS: The restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel.

It was clean. Lots of damage in rooms. Property needs refurbishing. Great location. Super cheap and served our needs but won’t likely stay again. Locks are iffy, damages in rooms. Walkable to much in Flagler. Beach is lovely.

My room had private balcony with a beach view and a 1920's vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful staff. A connected restaurant with dining tables and fantastic seafood menu. A bit pricey on the food but delicious. Clean pool. I'll be back.

Proximity 2 music venue, close TV didnt work, no curtains in room had to try and hang bedding. First nite there took off my NEW IRIDESCENT banded fitbit watch by pool and it was stolen??

Pretty sure I got bite by critters while I was sleeping .. don’t recommend
