The location It’s not kept up at all

Being next to the beach and the view was great from the balcony Place was dirty and run down. Ac didn’t work at all and the fridge wasn’t working either. Unless the place gets a complete make over I will not return or recommend to anyone.

The room didnt have a number on the door, there was un finished flooring in the bathroom, unfinished flooring in the kitchen, the toilet leaked every time u flushed. The television was outdated. Over i stayed for the location, which was perfect. The view was amazing. But thats all it had going for it and the only thing i was interested in.

Open your door and see the ocean! Price is great! Bed was comfy, ac was super cold. Definitely not fancy but they don't advertise it will be. Didn't expect a lot of frill but would have been good to have a thicker comforter.

The topaz is a cult classic if you don't know then, now you do. Amazing staff amazing service amazing stay always.

Nuestro cuarto no estuvo tan mal solo el baño necesita una mejor limpieza, pero la habitacion de nuestros amigos fue dentro del edificio donde esta el restaurante y tuvieron una mala experiencia los cuartos son viejos y se siente pesado el ambiente un señor dijo que se siente embrujado. Solo fuimos una noche pero no volvemos , lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicacion. Ellos pidieron cambio de habitacion para el edificio de al lado y gracias a Dios se la cambiaron.

The beds were clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. Quiet surroundings. The price was a bargain for the location. $80 with tax included. No bath towels - just 2 hand towels and a bathmat but we were able to get pool towels from the office. No free wifi. No coffee maker as advertised. Bare bulb lighting. Heavy, heavy odor of cleaner. Bathroom door was very deteriorated. Bathtub area wall could be cleaner. No lighting at the exterior stairway to rooms. Both the exterior and interior need to be painted and need more lighting.
