The noise from the room's air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel. The carpet, curtains, and bed skirt were filthy and covered in stains, and even one of the pillows was stained. The shower curtain smelled strongly of mold/mildew, and the A/C unit appeared to have mold inside. There were nails sticking out of the walls and several areas that clearly needed repair. Even the vents in the pool area were caked with dust and what appeared to be mold. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and unsanitary. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation when paying for a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell far below that standard. You get what you pay for. Front staff did not engage much. Room attendants were sweet and pleasant. Breakfast was decent. You’ll see the fire pit (you think cute hang out area), but it’s really designated smoking area.

Great experience. Good clean rooms. Good windows that kept the train noise nonexistent. Fire pit was a nice feature.

Nice hotel close to historical Route 66. The pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are always clean, the front desk staff is always friendly, and the breakfast provided is always seemingly fresh, and the parking lot is well lit. It's close to I-40, as well. :) The carpeted floors were a bit crumby under the desk this time, but other than that no complaints. :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty (especially the waffles!) Plenty of parking, and easy to access local amenities. Would definitely stay again.
