Clean room and well maintained facilities made the stay great, only thing was the metal bed frame that creaks loudly when you shift at night. Other than that, it was a great stay on a budget.

Room was ok, they are working with what they have got, have tried to update some things, shower was hot, staff friendly and helpful, had a microwave in the room but a coffee machine would of also been handy. What was very poor is the bed frame, mattress was ok but frame was squeaking every time someone rolled over on both the beds.

Room was super clean and modern. The bed was actually extremely comfortable. Location was perfect, price was fair - would 100% suggest this hotel if visiting flagstaff.. Quite a few walkable restraunts and shops too Honestly it was all good. There was nothing I did not like or appretiate. Check in was easy. I liked it all

What a bargain! We weren’t expecting much but the rooms were really nice and clean! There was a fridge and microwave, very convenient. The a/c unit was worn but it worked great. Laundry and ice machine too. Staff was very friendly

Staff here were beyond accommodating. A good stay

The price was very attractive. Our four-legged friends were welcome. The room was impecably clean. The A/C was very efficient & the hot water pressure in the shower was exceptional! Nothing

The price was great. Our truck wasn’t safe. Someone tried to break in, thank goodness they didn’t. The beds were horrible. Shower was still dirty and the mirror was cloudy like someone smeared something all over it.

Stairs could be improved. Outside walkway along rooms was pretty dirty

I would say if this is your only place to stay...sleep in your car. The property is awful. Its in a strip mall type parking lot. The car bumper is about 4 ft from your door. The stairs to get to the second floor are unsafe. They are steele see through steps on the first part so your heel sticks in the holes and the second set is open air like bleachers. I do believe that they are not the proper height. We have a Bernese mountain dog and she wuld not attempt the stairs. And for comfort they have a poster size sign that basically states that if you fall, it's not their fault. Guessing that has happened before? In our bathroom the piece on the top of the toilet tank had been broken and glued and the toilet paper holder had been torn off the wall. The wall was patched and not painted. The toilet paper roll was sitting on the shower door for your conveinece. We received one hand towel. The sheets were itchy? The microwave dirty and the small fridge froze our drinks . At night it was so loud from the highway and the train, plus the people talking loud outside and upstairs that we got little to no sleep. We left after the first night despite that we had paid in advance for two nights. The only thing worse than being there was staying there.

Everything is so good, clean, and staff are very accommodating. However, there are no utensils and cooking paraphernalia available in the room itself. But so far so good! Kudos

The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the overhead shower. I liked the old style but updated motel of Route 66.

Avid traveler. Must say this is an absolute gem. Pricing is perfect along with everything else. Clean bed. Clean bathroom. Reliable internet. Stores & food within a 5-7 min walk. If in flagstaff book here!!

Clean, well appointed rooms, helpful staff. Some structural issues with the doors struggling to close in the room and bathroom.

Beds was very comfortable but the pillows was flat

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent location! I especially loved the purple LED light behind the bed! I didn’t like the metal box the mattress sat on, otherwise I have no other complaints.
