There were no gluten-free options. Breakfast needed to be at 6 am not 7 am.

Nice place great staff

The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the kitchenette didn’t include any napkins or paper towels, which are amenities I usually expect in this type of suite. The elevator was extremely crowded and slow, so I ended up taking the stairs. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I felt bad for guests who weren’t able to use the stairs. The pool area was also packed, although that was understandable given the hot weather. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The parking, luggage carts, staffing, and elevator capacity don’t seem adequate for the number of guests the hotel accommodates. Considering its proximity to the Grand Canyon, I was surprised the property wasn’t better equipped to handle the high volume of visitors.

The majority of the facility was clean. Including my room. My bed was comfortable. I was looking forward to swimming in the pool however, there was a lot of people in there throughout my stay. The pool was green and cloudy. I felt as though there was a lot of noise from my room, such as the train and traffic. Breakfast was OK. I like that the was coffee strong.

Small and tired room. AC worked well and not noisy. Pool nice to stretch tires legs but needed proper treatment, vey cloudy and foamy hot tub. Convenient location!

As we walked in, the hotel looked nice and staff was friendly. However, as we made our way to our room, I noticed that the hallway was hot. At first I thought it was just that night, but it was the same for all three nights of our stay. There was also a foul odor at certain points of the hotel that I could not figure out. Our first night was horrible. Our beds caved in so bad and we could feel all of the springs from the mattresses. Neither my kids, my husband and myself got any sleep. However, the next morning, the gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and accommodating. He immediately gave us a different room. It was an inconvenience having to pause our planned activities to switch rooms but it was worth it. Our room was much better after that. My teens enjoyed the fitness center the most. The pool was a bit disappointing as it was filled with an overwhelming smell of chemicals and it was a green color. Breakfast was good and we all enjoyed it. Ice machine on the first floor was broken, so we had to go to the third floor to use that one. Also, only one elevator seemed to be working but it wasn’t too busy so it wasn’t too much of a wait.

Overall, nice accommodations. Bed was not good at all...soft and well used, would have preferred a better mattress.

Clean room and great breakfast

I do not understand why hotels delay breakfast on the weekends. People are traveling through and not being able to get a breakfast is insulting.

Hotel was ok. Walls on the first floor are paper thin. I could hear everything. There was a dog that kept barking and was keeping me up.

My room was filthy. Blood or dirt or something on the comforter, shower had hair all over it and dirt smears in the walls. There was someone else’s clothes still in one of the drawers. The whole place smelled like an old moldy vacuum.

Would definitely stay again! Had a King bed suite. Very well set up. Happy bright colors, clean, convenient, happy energetic staff, decent workout room, cool looking pool. This one is worth the price.

Room was clean, pool was nice although you had to request pool towels at the front desk. Shower floors were VERY slippery. Almost everyone in my family fell while showering and my daughter DID fall in the tub while showering. Need better anti-slip things in the tubs. Breakfast was hot and tasted amazing!

I don't know if the hotel is brand new or what but everything was perfect. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Beds were very comfy as well. Pool super nice. We actually made an effort to stay at this hotel a second time on our way home several days later.
