We were scared to say anything about the matters, after catching up on the online reviews. I contacted the way we booked to inquire about the nonexistent restaurant and the hotel directly and we wer told that I was lying about the website saying anything about breakfast/restaurant, they did give partial credit to reimburse for purchased food. However they refused to do anything about the condition of the room. I have the saved emails. I have the screenshots, I have the recorded calls with the employees, whom have lied to me, accused me of lying, they have demonized and demoralized my person. All because their website depicts a total different amenity than what you actually receive. And because I first-hand said something about the condition of the motel room.

I chose the reserve

I have only been refunded for 1 night and am still waiting on my other night. I paid nearly 400 for at minimum 2 clean beds and hell, I wasn't even provided that. Not worth the money you're gonna spend and I pray for anyone else that chooses to stay here

Peeling paint on the walls. Could be cleaner. The TV wouldn’t shut off. No breakfast that was promised. Coffee maker didn’t work.

The TV wasn't working for me, had to get someone in to fix it. Phone does not work at all.

Price and location.

No good sleep due to very loud pipes when guests in other rooms took showers & when guests went in and out of their doors they creaked and squeaked then slammed shut. Both noises were heard through the walls all during the night and early in the morning.

I was going to share my concerns with staff at checkout but couldn’t find anyone. The tub spigot was dripping constantly and had been doing so long that there was mold around the drain. There was also a lot of black mold between the tub and tile from neglect. The room door closed and locked but the bottom of the door doesn’t close. There is a large gap just begging bugs to come in. I could not find an ice machine on the property. The WiFi worked well.

Checked out after 40 min, door lock was broken and several unhoused people on the property, including the lobby. Saw a man in a ski mask looking into the rooms, which is when we packed and left the property.

Their was no AC and we called to see if some can look at it and was tolded it worked. The bottens were brown. The bathroom floor had hair all over it there was a used toothpick in the corner of the floor and the water dripp all night. It was horrible

Good for the price

Bed was a little mess like someone laid on the bed already. Bedding wasn’t changed. Restroom door was hard to open. No channel weren’t working. No phone in the room. Stains on the wall.Fridge wasn’t working.

I was scared to go outside my room. There were some unsightly people that had moved chairs outside our window and were talking and laughing loudly into the night. We requested room change, but the hotel was sold out due to holiday weekend.

All of it. Outside classic rock greatest hits of the 70's played most of the night. Too many homeless in the parking lot. I had to do my best linebacker shoulder punch to get inside the door. No glass rotator in the microwave. Air conditioner was from 1982, and all of the functions on the front are so badly worn, only an ex mechanic or service guy like myself could figure out how to make it work. Very worn property. I'll never stay here again.

It was available for a reasonable price. I hiked on my second day and came back to a room that smelled like it had been smoked in. The bed was uncomfortable. The blanket was a throw back to the nylon-seventies. The bathroom was kinda icky.

Bathtub was still dirty, and not cleaned before our stay. TV plug had to be moved before it would come.on
