Rooms are old beds are terrible it felt like I was sleeping on a plywood.Everything looked old and not updated.Outside felt unsafe allot of homeless people hanging out outside of Hotel on Streets.

There was no towels or pillowcases on the pillows in the room. The room wasn't able to check in till well after 4 PM and it still wasn't fully ready. They have no amenities for the guests and the pool was extremely cold.

Upon reaching our room, we found the door partially ajar, and the light switch was not functioning properly. The bathroom appeared extremely unclean and looked as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The conditions were so poor that I immediately checked the beds for bedbugs. None were found, thankfully. Overall, the property did not feel safe or well-maintained. Due to these concerns, we chose to leave and requested a refund, which the staff stated would be processed. We ultimately stayed elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property and would not consider staying here again.

Location and price. The window was bent so did not fully close so freeway noise was extreme. Towels extremely thin. Bathroom did not look clean, we did not use the shower tub because of how it looked.

Booked a stay with my family of 4. Checked in 6/20 and checked out the same day. The property did not look like the photos. The room was very dirty and there was a dead cockroach in the room. We did not feel comfortable staying the night. I brought the issues up to the front desk and was told they could not give me a refund. I do not recommend staying here.
