Comfort Inn Flagstaff Lucky Lane I-40

Tired....... Good price for Flagstaff but everything there was tired and used. Clean but definitely tired. The pool was murky, the front staff did not answer when we got there until housekeeping had to tell them there was a line. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and the mattress was saggy you could see a definite slump on both sides with a raised center. They sprayed a little more air freshener in the room when we complained and that was it. Breakfast was good enough. Overall the steam room and sauna were the only thing that made the place worthwhile.

The smoke alarm went on around 2 in the morning. No staff came out to guide us on what is going on. While all the guest are out of the building and panicking. Only 1 staff came out around 3am and told us the alarm went off and it was just a water licking on the 2nd floor. And that’s it. It’s like nothing happens. We’re kinda cold out wondering what is going on.

bedroom coffee maker had no creamer or sweetener... hair dryer wasn't working and my wife had to go to the front desk and a different room upstairs because I was asleep... small dings and repairs were evident... our room keys quit working after the first day... breakfast was "okay", but the only artificial sweetener was pink saccharine packets (so I provided my own sucralose)... no half and half creamer, only various Coffeemate creamers (or milk near the cereal not by the coffee)... just leaving us a poor "over the top" for the price of over $400 for a two night stay. The front desk was knowledgeable about the area parks/hikes.

Location The indoor pool was not heated. It was very cold.

The room smelled bad and the room was Hot and took all night for it to cool down.

It is not the same hotel in the picture. The shower was corroded. The room wasn’t clean.

The Place Was Clean, The Breakfast Was Decently, And All The Amenities Were Great... Overall I Love This Hitel.

The elevator was dirty, rooms were not very clean. Breakfast area was spotless and good service there

We should have turned around and left when we checked in. The chair in the room looked like the original chair. It had layers and layers of dirt on it. The carpet was dirty. The room was super small. We will never stay there again.

It was very quiet and easy check in.

I came here to lodge for specific reason, and that was for the sauna and the steam room. I called the front desk and they said that it works. I even spoken push person with the front desk, lady. She said that they were operating and working and went down immediately to go check and sure enough both of them were not working I saw that and then left within 30 minutes.

Perfect stop over at flagstaff. Staff were very kind and helpful. Well maintained at reasonable price with parking n breakfast!

Don’t stay here .. I checked in and the room was gross and sheets were stained and dirty!
