Our experience was exceptional, particularly considering the value. Every interaction with the front desk staff was pleasant and professional. The premises consistently presented a fresh and clean environment, including our room. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, featuring standard continental choices alongside two waffle makers, a toaster for various bread items, and sausage and eggs. I would certainly consider a return visit.

The owner/front desk person was not welcoming and made you feel like you walked into his home uninvited. Very short spoken and hard to understand not friendly whatsoever. There are hand written notes all over the front sliding doors saying no public bathrooms seemed ghetto. Now the room was filthy. I have many photos of the mattresses on the pull out bed looked like it had been peeped in and also looked like someone died in it. The mattresses was literally. Falling apart. It killed me to have my little one sleep on it. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa. Rude owner wouldn’t bring us one. We had to go down stairs to get it at 1 am when I had little ones that were tired he could have brought it up seeing how it’s his fault for not having it in the room. All the bedding had holes in them like quart Lee size holes everywhere the room was not very clean and the TV had no smart tv capabilities

The only thing was the iron board was bboard was broken. I had to iron my clothes on the bed.

The breakfast was good. A good healthy selection of foods. The air conditioning unit was somewhat different than we are used to. Placed on cool the room became very humid. You had to select DRY in order to get cooling and remove the humidity.

The staff The rooms are outdated

Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Rooms were not sound proof - my upstairs neighbors kept me awake all night with the creaking of their bed and banging sounds against the floor. Unfortunately I could hear every movement. I had my dog with me and he was getting anxious with the constant kicking sounds from above and I was worried he would bark and wake up my whole floor. I did call the front desk and they said they would give the room a call. Unfortunately, the noises did not stop and I was unable to sleep. The vibrations traveled down the wall. When I arrived at my room, while clean, there was tissue shoved into the peep hole on the door. I took it out and saw one of the glass things was missing. I figured it was left there for a reason, and placed the tissue back. As a solo female traveler this did make me nervous. The pet area left much to be desired but it was nice they provided bags. A real patch of grass would have been nicer than the small patch of astroturf that was there. Lastly, my room had a lovely bathtub but no plug to utilize it.
