The soap dispenser in the shower was novel and something I had never used before, so cleaning myself was a bit different with liquid soap.

Good inexpensive place to stay

Mildew smell in room Lights not working properly

We paid $10.00/night extra for a room with a club chair and coffee table. When we arrived, the room had a big empty space for the furniture. I inquired at the front desk and was told that the furniture had been removed and was being replaced. However, the replacement furniture was not shipped yet. I asked for a refund of the extra $10.00/night and was told since I used Expedia, a third party, the motel staff could not refund my money. I called Expedia who tried unsuccessfully to reach the motel management. Expedia gave me a credit to use the next time I book. The motel offered me a credit the next time I booked as well. But I won't stay there a second time. It was all very disappointing since the weekend was a treat.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast options were good but would be nice to have more staff manning it. Items were out and the front desk person couldn't keep up keeping it clean and full. Property is pretty run down and room is super tiny but price was good for what you get.

The gal who checked me in was great. Outside of that, my room (#240) stunk horribly. I went through 2 cans of air freshener and left the windows open as frequent as possible. The room itself was incredibly rundown as was the exterior of the building. The location was nice though with a walmart, REI, outback, and a few other restaurants right in the vicinity. I wouldn’t stay again simply d/t the smell. It could have been unique to my room but I wouldn’t run the risk of giving it another go.

Everything was amazing except for their gym/fitness center. They have 2 treadmills and a bike. 1 treadmill was not working at all and the other has a dangerous catch that can cause injury. Meaning the only working machine was the bike.

The room was clean. The bed was semi-comfortable. It served well for our one night stay. The office staff showed professionalism, and kindness. The breakfast was very popular among the guests. It got crowded from time to time, so be prepared to wait.

We stayed at the large room above the lobby! It was great! Also the location. Is tea convient!

Room was clean and breakfast was okay. Overall the hotel needs better upkeep maintenance. The area around felt unsafe a lot of sketchy appearing people living there. Some hotel doors looked to have been entered by force. Will not stay again. Staff was kind.
