the room was great. clean comfortable bed.

Quite clean rooms, comfortable beds, wood WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff. I was hesitant at first with the hotel located right next to the freeway, but I tell you, as soon as I closed the door, I heard absolutely nothing. It was very quiet. Oh and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were absolutely amazing - I couldn’t get enough of them! Close enough to Lowell Observatory (the reason for our visit).

You get what you pay for. That being said...this place needs a deep cleaning ( room we were in, anyway) some questionable ick on walls & switch plates/ outlets. Also could use a professional paint job. There was exposed drywall from where the changed out the headboards, which needs patching & paint. What did get painted was sloppy. They also need to put some grab bars in the shower. This place is really close to the surgery center I needed to be at the morning of my checkout, so that was a +.

Decent hotel for the price range.The guy at the check in counter was nice. Dated, but fairly clean. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were rough. They had the shower head that comes from the ceiling, which I hate. The "fitness room" had only two treadmills and a stationary bike. It didn't even have water in the fitness room.

The first room I was put in the air conditioner had a knob and it was broken and didn’t even turn on. Not to mention that the paint on the walls was peeling off. I went back to the front desk and the girl argued with me that I didn’t know what I was doing. I just told her to put me in a new room. The next room, the paint was the same Condition peeling off the wall walls and the shower. We wouldn’t even use because it looked like it had mold all over it but at least the air conditioner worked. Then at 11 o’clock at night the fire alarm in our room started beeping because it had a low battery so we had to get up and have them come in and remove the alarm so we could sleep. This property has potential, but they need to paint the walls and clean up some of the shower areas from mold and mildew. The best thing I could say about it it was a convenient location.

Clean room. Excellent breakfast selection. Please note that the hotel has 2 floors, but no elevators. Room was very spacious.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean, but the rest of the property was disappointing. There was a lot of trash and old furniture stacked in piles near the stairs. Felt dumpy. The breakfast was standard.

Excellent Another blanket and the room was a bit cold.

Reception lady was able to do my request with a smile.

The front desk guy was super nice and had breakfast done early stains on sheets, shampoo fell off wall, tv did not work, ac kept resetting and turning on heat all night.

Convenient location. Breakfast was fresh.

The rooms are quite older than seen in the pictures.

Our room was located next to wheelchair ramp. I was sent plenty of notifications which made for an easy check-in when we arrived. Location was right off the I40 freeway. There wasn't a person at desk during checkout. Just a bucket for key drop off. I was sent online checkout via text and email which was a huge plus because we had to check out early.

Very out dated and not a good location. Bathroom had a rat dropping on the ground.

The property was close to the freeway and close to a lot of stores. It is always great that the Windham hotels always have some type of breakfast and typically it’s a full breakfast.
