Everything was to my satisfaction

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the price was fair Window didn't lock but reported

First off, was the room clean and decent to sleep in, yes. It did have the remenents of stale smoke smell in our non-smoking room. Not terrible, but you could smell it. Mattress was SUPER uncomfortable. All of us in our party agreed. Bathroom: smallest I've ever seen and the exhaust fan was not working. The switch did nothing to control it, like it was disabled. I ended up not even showering because the steam build up from the previous showers made it impossible to breath in that tiny space. Also, no hook on the door so there was no place to hang your clothes and keep them dry while you shower. Staff: When I opened the door in the morning to check the temperature, the housekeeper was in the room nextdoor. She was wearing green sweatpants and a tan shirt. No name tag. This was very unsettling. I also looked for a "Do Not Disturb" to hang and there was none. Breakfast: 9:00am. ALL the tables were dirty and sticky. No staff roaming/cleaning/re-stocking. None at the front desk. Waited to speak to a desk person for 10 minutes. Crumbs everywhere on food service bar. The picture on the website makes the lobby look nice, it does not look like that in person. Overall: We stayed one night, paid $100, got terrible sleep in a smokey smelling, non-smoking room. I wasn't able to shower. I had to clean our own breakfast table. When we did see staff, none were in any uniform what-so-ever. I would never go back or reccommend.

Superb

There was nothing to sit on in the room other than the bed. No chair or couch. There was a bad odor to the room. The caulking was peeling off around the tub and the tub leaked. There was long black hair in the sink and it was not mine. The carpet was raveling at the edge. Not the quality I would expect from a Wyndham property.

My check in went quick and the lady was very polite, helpful and professional. I liked the location and the value. I definitely would recommend this great hotel. The breakfast was great . I liked everything. I enjoyed my stay....

Enjoyed the quietness could not hear the trains. The AC is cold which is a plus.

Nice room, good breakfast, helpful staff. We stayed 2 days but no room cleaned or even offered and no trash emptied. But, abruptly woken 1hr prior to check out. We would not stay again.

Affordable. Location Was charged twice for my 1 night stay. Ramada could not refund me even though my debit card showed on my statement being charged twice. I had to file a fraudulent charge through my bank and cancel my debit card. Causing issues with other accounts stopping payments and late fees

I like the hotel staff, courteous receptions, clean room, but most of all the breakfast are great. The prices for the hotel are reasonable for traveling. Thank you very much. Not that much I don't like just the bathroom door need to be paint on the bottom.
