Very clean. Staff was friendly. We were pulling a car and plenty of parking. Restaurant within walking distance. We would stay again

Great location and great price.

Nice rooms and comfy beds

Not a good experience, was given a damaged room and later charged for the damage.

It appears this is an older property that is working very hard to upgrade it. The person checking me in was very pleasant and helpful. She was friendly and gave great instructions. Very welcoming The hallway is drab with drop down ceilings. Wasn’t that inviting. I’m gone our surprise when we opened the door to the room and everything was up to date and well done. Room appeared really clean. It was a nice sized room and the bathroom was quite nice. Even had a lighted mirror. King bed was very comfortable and the location was really quiet. The exterior door led to a small patio that has 2 chairs and a small table. We were located in front of the pool area. Unfortunately the pool was drained and that was a disappointment. The 24 hour free coffee and cookies were a nice add. There is no free breakfast, but that didn’t concern me at all. So glad to find this hidden gem, but sad because I know reviews like mine will lead to higher room rates. Thanks for a comfortable night.

Reasonably priced, vacancies, friendly staff, and good location to interstate highway.

Everything ok!

First time to flagstaff, but nice place, clean & quiet

These amenities were not working while we were there. If we knew that, we would have booked something more budget friendly.

Slept in a blood stained bed that was soaked through the mattress pad. The sheets were not changed from the previous guest. No one has apologize and a manager never called me back. DISGUSTING!!!!

Pool was empty. Room hard to get to. $30 a night for a small 9lb dog was a bit steep.

Perfect for our weekend break. Reasonably priced, well located, spacious room, with all amenities we need.

Balcony room was nice, but highway traffic was a bit noisy for sitting out for very long.

I was ecstatic when i was planning my trip to flagstaff. However that faded away as when i arrive to the property. The outside looked better through the pictures but the room did look nice. The staff were very helpful and had a professional attitude. The pool didn’t work nor the sauna which was a bummer. Overall I was let down from this hotel.

It was noisy

We rented another night, and had to move rooms, Then was told I had to go back to expedia to rent a room to get a better rate. Then I did and had to change the date check out on Monday. I did click the button to update, then moved forward with the reservation when I went back to counter and the checkout date did not update. So had to cancel because updating did not work. Well needless to say I had to pay 163.00 for one night stay. You would think to keep the buisness the hotel could have given us a better rate. our first night stay was 114.00 dollars. Very dissapointed about the fee on the second night.

It’s so nice to find a convenient and legit pleasant hotel that is pet friendly. Each pet is 40$/night and there is a dedicated dog area.

Downsides: pool was closed (empty), sauna closed as well. Not sure what was going on there and a little disappointing as we got away to Flagstaff for the pool and cooler temps. The courtyard is comfortable but needs to be weeded and some areas fixed (walls, rocks added). Overall we loved our stay and will be back!!
