Just there for a night while traveling but desk clerk was very nice, room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay but sauna and pool out of order. These are not listed on Expedia. We paid extra and booked this place for them. Sad.

My family and I really like this hotel. The inside has been redone and looks very modern. My husband and I have visited every couple of weeks lately - that's how much we like it. The hot tub is very nice. The pool and sauna have not opened yet. Most staff were friendly.

"if youre traveling with pets please declare them at check-in. There is a one time $35.00 +tax fee to allow up to two pets to stay in your room (date) for the length of your stay." I declared 2 small pets in one of my rooms & was charged $160.00 -- $40 per pet per night. Their rebuttal was the $35 was for allowing pets in the hotel. The actual room charge for the dogs was $160.00. I could have stayed across the street with no pet charge at all.

Such a disappointing experience. The pet policy was completely misrepresented. Instead of $35 one time fee as stated online the front desk said it was $40 a night for our pet which is a huge last minute change. I am not the only one who had that experience as I see from other reviews. The place is completely minimalist. The bed is hard as a rock. There are no pictures on the wall. No coffee in the room. The air conditioner has only one freezing level no matter how you adjust the settings. The pool was drained. I didn’t expect luxury as it was a pretty affordable place prior to the pet fee debacle. But they could spend a little more on adding comfortable beds and chairs at least. I really would not recommend this place. There are other places that offer a better value for the dollar. Do recommend to stay away if you have a pet as the cost is too high.

Great location off the highway. The property is a bit dated but fully remodeled inside. Great staff and great overall stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The rooms were beautiful renovated and very big! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

The beds were so hard that my back and hips still hurt, at the end of the day I left. The floor was also pretty dirty in my room ( I walked barefoot for a couple minutes and then the bottoms of my feet were black). Plus the pool was empty.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. Loved that they offered complimentary coffee and free parking.

Hot tub & Sauna were shut down… but overall had a great experience, the rooms were top notch… the room was clean and is furnished well.

No elevator to second floor, the lobby was clean. They call them self a resort and charge an additional fee per a night.

My stay was good. The staff was great! Everything was clean just wish the pool would have had water in it.

15 min wait to checkin before a person even showed at the desk. Meanwhile a homeless man was wandering the hallway and sitting in the lobby asking the line of guests waiting to check-in if we could give him money for smokes. The room was clean and fine. The pool was empty. Wouldnt stay again.
