Very clean and great location. I could walk to some restaurants without driving including a gas station in a store. Close to NAU. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Very nice-the room,the staff,the amenities--cool pool,laundry room,media room and fitness room all good quality stuff. You won't go wrong here!

Clean and efficient. Don't know building codes in Flagstaff Arizona but the shower and bath area had no grab bars. Which I think is dangerous particularly for us old folks.

This property is very nice and well-maintained in the busiest part of Flagstaff. You have several convenient choices for walking and grabbing something to eat without having to worry about driving. The hotel was quiet and well maintained the employees were incredibly helpful.

One of the cleanest, safest and quietest places I've ever stay in! The restaurant, Northern Pines, had fantastic food and service. I plan to make this my preferred hotel when traveling along I40 (Route 66)

I made the wrong reservation accidentally! They wouldn't give me a refund but I did stay the night I made it and that's the reason I'm giving it a poor rating. The staff was kinda rude too I explained i accidentally made the wrong date they didn't care, I never had this problem the least they could've did was cancel because I stayed at a different time. Not a good Hotel I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

Rooms are overall very clean remodel recently. bathrooms are a little small. poor lighting in bathroom sink and mirror area

The lobby staff was awesome! Super friendly and conversational while being helpful. The room is good, clean, spacious. The access to the hotel is near a complex and busy intersection, favoring only right turn to get out. Because the hotel is back to a well-known restaurant, the foot traffic is plenty and occasionally there are sketchy people around. But the staff is very alert.

I requested an earlier check in, and it was no problem. Front desk staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was quite large, big flat-screen, comfortable bed and couch, and fast wifi. Great stay.

The balcony with a view of the mountain also was a direct view of a lot filled with cars and trucks that had been in really bad accidents and totaled. Couldn't let fresh air in from the balcony because there were so many people smoking cigarettes. Could not want to stay here again
