Motel 6 Flagstaff, AZ - Butler

when we came to check in there was not any front desk staff. there was a kiosk and it was down. we couldn’t understand anyone that was helping us. we ended up canceling and paying more for another room due to this issue will not use them again

The option to pay at check in from online is nice

This motel was run by a human after 4 pm. Otherwise you are talking to a man in another country through a computer screen. Clearly a weekly rate hotel, if that’s what you want. People are residing there and there was a lot of noise. Decently clean room but the pool was falling apart. Concrete and liner were floating in the water. We did not swim even though we wanted to, safety hazards galore. I will not ever stay again.

I asked him to clean my room yesterday, but they never did. I went up to the front and told them, but they said OK. They will do it but when I came back from work, the room was still dirty

Parking was good. Motel wasn't very clean.

Thin walls could hear others conversations clear as day. Trash from last guess still in room Toilet clogged with almost nothing in it

No live front desk help. Room was used-- lights were on, trash on bed n in trashcan, smelled like smoke, bed sheets/ blanket looked used. Couldn't reach anyone to move or get refund. Lot of weird people hanging around outside. Some guys tried chasing us before we parked. No security.

A little annoyed that I had to go to the office twice asking for a working TV remote. They seemed disinterested and I never got a working remote.I try not to sweat the small stuff but it was the attitude

They never told me that the ac was not working. I got to the room around nine thirty at night.Turned on the a c left to go get dinner, came back and it had to been like ten thirty and a c was still not working.So they gave me a different room and a c was not working in that one either.And then they kept on trying to tell me, thirty minutes but it never worked so I left and didn't stay the night cause.It was so hot in the rooms and it was like sixty seven degrees outside and a lot cooler.

No staff present when needed, keys not programmed for 2 night stay. Location is not ideal, lots of guests smoking/drinking outside, dark and unsafe parking lot. Will not stay again.

Do not recommend unless you want to end up injured from falling.

The place was horrible. The room smelt really musty with a smell of Lysol to try to cover the musty smell. The building was probably just old. Wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was helpful though. Accidentally booked a smoking room. Walked into the room and threw up in my mouth. Asked for a non smoking room, and the front desk lady switched our room to a non smoking. Was appreciative that our room got switched however, the musty smell being covered with Lysol was still bad. You get what you pay for.

Don't bother leaving the light on, I'll figure something out.

I didnt like the stay at hotel. Soon after we entered I smell some cigarettes in the room. We booked for four people and there are no enough towels, soaps.

The room was hot, even with the ac. Yard not maintained, bathroom light kept flickering the sink had a sprayer on the faucet I hate those.

Experience was great. Had to wait to check in for a bit. Room was clean. Couldn't hear the train or the traffic from the freeway. Was able to get a good night's sleep. I've stayed here before. I would stay here again.

Motel staff then lie to hotels.com that they offered us another room (which they didn't) so therefor they will not refund our stay. Hotels.com/Expedia also don't support their customers and wouldn't help. Lost money on a room we didn't stay in.

First time using the video front desk kiosk. It went well. Property was nice and clean. Pet area was taken care of which is nice. I would recommend if you have pets on the large size. The other property we tried staying at would not allow our big dogs.

everything was clean. well stocked, quiet, great price. great service Great location. I felt safe
