The room had a plastic bag tied around the smoke alarm. I wonder what that means. There was a bag of trash on the floor at the bottom of the staircase that looked like an employee sat down and forgot. Empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

Room was clean and organized. Not quite sure about the virtual check-in assistant but it was efficient and it worked out well. We had used the website to pre check in so everything went well. We stayed two nights as we had to drive to Las Vegas the next day and then back before going home. The only thing I forgot to do was to ask for new towels and to make the beds for our second day.
-
Smoking room heavy smoke odor. Needs fragrance spay or nuetrilizer.

I was booked into a stripped and dirty room with no bedding, towels, and tooth brush spit in the sink. There was no working vending on site and by the time I got a cleaned room, I had wasted two hours. There was no one on the property. The one person semi available was on a kiosk which was the only interaction you could get. If you don’t respect me enough to put a real person behind the desk, than I no longer respect you enough to stay. Absolutely the worst experience ever. There were others affected the same as myself.

This place was absolutely dreadful. People shouting and hollering all night. I didn't feel safe staying there, either. The A/C didn't work properly and it was terribly hot in the rooms. Do not stay at this location.

They need more staircases, but I know it was a good

Room was not clean, my room was no remote. Tub was dirty. To much noise. I had to leave early due to can’t sleep. Room smell and I call in to request downstairs room. Agent give me upstairs and I told her I need downstairs due to my knee surgery she gave me attitude look. Bad customer service, room not clean, smell bad and to much noise.

Hotel room floor was dirty (no carpet)after my shower, needed to wash feet again. When I pulled the nightstand away from the wall to get to the plug in, there was blood on the wall. Beds were ok, old, and made a noise anytime I moved.
-
Hotel is very dated! Needs a remodel. I would not stay there again until property receives remodel.
-
The Motel is older and needs upgrades it is clean but you can tell it needs repairs
-
The room was really dirty

Good experience
-
Swimming to decompress was the best part

We book a double bed, however, room was clean floors were dirty. Only two towels in the room, there was no wash clothes so bring your own towels and wash clothes. There was only one hand towel. No coffee maker. Room was super cold. But other than that it is a good room for just a one night stay if you just want a place to sleep for the Night.

There was bugs in the room, mold behind the toilet bowl, ac was very humid, sheets and bedding had stains in them like they weren’t clean
-
Well, I haven’t given my room clean for the past two days so I asked them two days ago to clean my room, but they never did till I’ll probably go down and tell him again. I know they hate that when I tell him outfront that day and clean my room.
-
Book there never give me downstairs and dirty. I saw roaches. And besides there no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. No quiet either. Terrible

Moldy bathrooms bring a mask to take a shower

The sink drain was disconnected from the plunger. No ice bucket or cups. The clothes hanger shelf forces you to hang clothes over the TV, because it is attached to the desk. Dog slobber covered the lower half of both windows. The fridge was missing most of the shelves and door hardware. The ac worked OK, but I think if it were hotter outside, the room would be warmer. The fan was loud on any speed except low. I got the room for two nights in July for 102.90, so the price was right. I've stayed in other rooms that were a little cleaner but lacked a fridge. The bathrooms could always be cleaned better.

Bathroom wasn't clean and the ac did not work.
