Manger apologized for the overall condition of hotel. He has reported it to higher management and nothing is being done to rectify the problems

Had to take comforter off bed it was stained with blood dirty towels in the corner when you walked in the toilet didn't flush my husband had to take lid off to flush dog throw up in the hallway we checked in at midnight tired from traveling from Texas 20 hrs to tired to go complain thankfully we had a blanket

When you walk in, you immediately smell pee. Not sure if it was dog pee or baby pee but it was pee! There are stains up in the carpet and bags of trash out in the hallway. When I got to my room, the key card worked (thankfully), but as I entered I could immediately see the tattered curtains, and I noticed that the bolt that normally is on a hotel door was non existent. The tub spigot had a slow leak. And the big no-no: there was no TV remote anywhere to be found! At least the A/C was working and the room was a comfortable temp. As for the continental breakfast? Is that what you call a granola bar? That was the weakest excuse of a continental breakfast I've ever seen. I highly do no recommend staying here unless its all you have as an option. Not worth what they charged.

This hotel should NOT be on Expedia. It is a dirty, run down, decrepit place filled with homeless and other questionable people loitering around. It smelled, everything was stained, cracked, or broken. I reserved 2 nights online. Upon arrival I knew it was a mistake but checked in anyway and tried to convince myself it would be okay but left after only 30 minutes and went to another hotel. Wasted money.

This property was poorly maintained. Things were moldy, barely put together, the bathtub leaked from the moment we entered to the moment we left, and it’s in an oddly sketchy area by the airport.

There were holes in the wall, carpet pulled up from the wall, the blinds were missing/ or damaged, carpet power still on the floor, cigarette holes in the comforters. We needed up not staying her! When talking with the staff they didnt seem surprised at all that we weren't going to be staying and wanted a refund!

the room that was given to me had no smoke dectector,mold in the bathroom around the tub shower paneling which was loose bathroom door broken at latch could not lock suana panel loose fall on ground hall carpet fiflth dirty baymont breakfast only open three days could not get bath towels had to beg to get new sheets and room cleaned toilet back up took better than 12 hours to get it fixed last place I would stay Thank You

Front desk was very nice , great customer service but the property and rooms were terrible.

Pool don’t work unsafe environment

Bath room has smoke. Bath towels has stains and not clean at all. Looks like some one smoked earlier in the room.. the side doors can be access. by any outsider.. When complained didn't get a proper answer other than a word "SORRY"

I would never stay here again. I couldn't believe our room when we first walked in, no door on the bathroom, the furniture was stained with black stains of some sort. The window had no pull down shade and the curtains didn't close so we had to hold the two curtains together in place with an ironing board. I have pics of all of this as well. I will never stay here again and if you are smart you will not stay here either!

My wife was too creeped out to stay. I expected much more from a Wyndham property. Ick!

Sheets were dirty Small pillows Stains on mattress Love stain remnant and handprints in the dust on the headboard Mold on ceiling Shower curtain hanging down

Parking safe and ok. Room was terrible. Hole in bed from broken springs. Tub water handle broken. Shower curtain rail broken. Toilet seat very loose. Window screen ripped. Furniture and walls chipped and gouged. Smoke alarm missing. Dirty old room. Quiet and AC good.

I demand a FULL refund.

Property was a mess. Smelled of weed. No elevator. Property was filthy. All exterior doors were unsecured (as in busted). Fire alarm needed you to bring your own battery. No in room phone. Security latch on room door was missing and dead bolt would not lock. Bathroom door looked to be from a rehab and had a fist hole in the back of it. Water in shower ran continuously. stapled rips in carpet. Duvet was ripped and mattress looked like it was barrowed from a Flint crime scene. The only thing missing were the bed bugs! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY.

But the water ran all night in the bathtub Which I did notify the front desk they did say they would move me but I was tired and didn't want to pack up my stuff and move. Which my room didn't have a microwave. Front desk said all rooms have microwaves. I went back to the front desk to inform them I did not have one.....so she went to several rooms to find a microwave which she did find one but told me that it does work but it may need to be cleaned out. I could tell the front desk attendant was overwhelmed.
