Horrible go somewhere else

Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk in, indicating some sort of past water damage, that hadn't been repaired properly. The floor throughout the room was dirty. When I went to put my socks on, after walking barefoot, for a relatively short time, my feet were very dirty, even though I took a shower the night before. The bathroom sink had trouble draining, even though I just washed my hands and brushed my teeth. Lastly, the room in general, showed wear in multiple places. For example: dents in the refrigerator, trim that needed repair, the safety lock on the door didn't have anything to hook into rendering it useless and, worn paint in multiple places. Parking was convenient, as I was able to snag a spot just outside my room. The room met my needs for someplace to sleep, for a few hours, during a road trip however, I would not stay here again.

Horrible experience
-
Room not ready - had to get towels from front desk - waited for fresh pillows; no complementary coffee

The staff was rude upon check-in. This is not a hotel it is a motel. It is nothing like the pictures you posted online. The rooms were dirty, towels were stained, no toilet paper. The room had a smell of cigarettes and mildew. My initial thought was to leave and go find something better, but I would not receive my refund.

Its dirty and you will find so much insects, the AC isn't working as well. Nothing

To start with I had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights, both with 2 double beds. When I checked in they only had 1 room with 2 double beds and 1 room with a king size bed. So I had to pay for a 3rd room with a queen bed. It took over 15 minutes to check in. The rooms were smelly and unkept. We had someone trying to open the door to one room in the middle of the night.
-
Only half the lights in the room worked there was no plugs in the room to plug anything in there were garbage stuff behind the dressers and the end tables garbage everywhere
-
Gave attendant room key and left less than 30 minutes after arrival. Forfeited my payment for escape.

Don't stay here unless you have to! My life was threatened some thug man tried to attack me and my daughter because we nicely asked for them to stop screaming shut the f up in the middle of the night and banging on the walls, it's really gross but the beds are comfortable, didn't see bed bugs thank God! Stayed, five nights of hell. I want my money back. My daughter's autistic and not well we went down for a family death and had to deal with all that at the motel too. Almost called the police department but Flint sucks. There are some people living there that are nice... Keep that in mind have a good day
