Bed bugs in both rooms that we stayed in. Started to crawl on us about 10 o'clock at night, left the next morning early couldn't wait to get out of there. Paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms did not return the second night. Will never stay at this place again.

Documented health and safety violation: Room 105 had a visible bedbug infestation (documented via video/photo). Front desk staff visually confirmed the bugs and relocated guest to Room 115 but refused to provide a written incident report.

This is a basic hotel. Nothing special, but fully adequate. I’d stay here on a return visit to Florence.

Perfect location for my needs and friendly staff. The bed was hard and the comforters are really old with cigarette burns throughout. A lot of road noise, Pinal Parkway seems to be used as a drag strip by the locals all hours of the night.

The staff was amazing. It was a nice little motel even if it was outdated. The beds were a little hard. Overall I would recommend.

It was a place to lay our heads for the night. Property is old and run down. You have to get buzzed in to the lobby even in the middle of the day. Wall have cracks in them. Paint chipping of the wall. Bed was stiff as a board.

I like the convenient location for my purpose. There was a little bug on the wall. It was the only one I saw, though. The weather was hot; perhaps it came in from outside.

There was leftover food in the microwave, trash around the mini fridge, dusty handprints on the bedside lamps, grime around the toilet and worse of all was a small side window, but big enough for someone to crawl in from the outside, next to the picture window that was left open. We didn't notice the window last night because we checked in around 11:00 p.m. and the curtains were closed. The bathtub was dirty as well. I have asked for a refund. In the approximate 100 hotel stays booked through Expedia this is my first complaint. Maybe we were assigned a room that wasn't supposed to be rented last night. I don't know.

This is an older place, we don't use the wi-fi there so have no idea how it is. The staff is friendly and the rooms work for what we need.

Very friendly staff, very helpful and attentive. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice. Room looked fresh with new paint!
