Gym had dumbells up to 100 lbs which was awesome. Free breakfast and wifi is helpful. Property clean and overall great experience.

Convenient location, better hotel than options. Original room TV in Notre Dame did that work. Bathroom shower had rust cracks on the wall. The second room was fine except that once again the TV and the HDMI did not work, “no signal”. I have stayed here before, last October, and the same issue was then.

For the places we need to go, it was excellent. Breakfast has sufficient selections. Coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. It would have been better if there's a kettle and real coffee cups in the room. Pillows have stains.

I liked that breakfast was provided because there were no restaurants close by. I did not like the fact that rooms, especially the bathrooms are not cleaned daily. (I had a 4-night stay) It seems you have to request it. Also, as I was leaving for the day, I stopped at the front desk to request clean towels be delivered to my room, they handed me the towels and I had to take the towels back to my room. It wasn't that big a deal but it was a little inconvenient because I was on my way out.

Room was clean but not very well, the shower still had hair on the wall from the previous person. The shower head made a horrible squealing noise.

Convenient location for my purposes, Daniel & the rest of the staff were very friendly, great breakfast & food selections, very clean, comfortable & quiet. Easy check-in. Wish I’d brought a swimsuit! They have a nice gym, but I’m not into that so can’t speak to that. Still, nice to see the guys working out!? Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer.

Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame.

It was very nice and spacious the front desk staff was very nice! The lady that dealt with the breakfast was not friendly. There was so many families that was there before breakfast was over and wanted waffles but she refused to bring more out but then when another man came in idk if he was apart of the staff and he wanted waffles she made it for him but not for the customers. She was not very nice she was asked if there was any water she barked back NO! Instead of being polite about it!
