It was a great stay. I would pick this place again to stay.
-
Property was clean and room was comfortable.
-
Room was ok. No microwave available anywhere in hotel. Shower was not draining well. Ankle deep water. Told desk who seemed unconcerned. Problem never fixed. Otherwise ok. Casino was nice. Food at bar/grille was good.
-
rooms are outdated and the hallways smell musty
-
The sports book was never open. We wanted to watch a cubs game and couldn’t because nobody was there. On the first day I told the desk that our toilet was running and wouldn’t flush properly nobody ever came and fixed it. The sports club was nice and the breakfast at the Nosh was solid

And the door hadn't been shut right so everything had to be tossed. Other than that everything was great.

Dated rooms, funky smoky smell. Non smoking rooms smell, can’t get around that when smoking allowed in hotel. The steak house was excellent though.
-
Really only two restaurants to eat at at any time. And the fancy restaurant we were not told we needed reservations for. So never got a chance to eat there. Also, I would definitely check out the buffet before spending the money for it because the automatic discount is not a thing with the benefit card unless you actually have points to spend which they also do not tell you this. If you don’t gamble much and don’t play the slot machines then I would not suggest to stay more than two days.

The food was about a 6-7 out of 10. I go to a lot of casinos, and this one gets the lowest score. No variety on games. The same game play with different themes. Gaming floor is not exciting and just a bad overall energy throughout the whole place. And I'm saying that even WITH my husband winning a jackpot. Won't be back-under any circumstances. Sorry Belterra, but you're missing the mark by far.

Room was clean but overall just okay, not impressed with bed or room decor. Definitely needs an upgrade. Casino was a complete waste of money with hardly any payouts.
-
The hotel was beautiful and we had fun In The casino. Even tho the rooms were non smoking there was a Smokey smell. But over all the resort was clean and beautiful.
-
The hotel staff and restaurant staff were great. The casino bar staff was phenomenal. The only staff that was subpar was Dana, who worked at the cashier and rewards desk. She was very unpleasant. And did not appear to enjoy being there at all.
-
The hotel was clean. The only complaint we have is the music that plays in the lobby was EXTREMELY loud. We could not even talk to each other walking through the lobby. I thought we were at a concert. I know when we are at a hotel I am looking for relaxation not to become deaf.
-
Spa was nice but pricey. Mens steam room was broken when we visited. Massages, sauna and whirlpool tub were great Dining was very nice. Nosh and 19 Steak & Seafood were both really good. Love music and drinks at lounge bar was cool. Casino was kind of cramped and uncomfortable and reeked of cigarettes.
-
The concert was a lot of fun and we enjoyed a little time in the casino after. The hotel was fully booked, but wouldn’t have known bc our room was amazingly quiet and comfortable!
-
Machines are tight. The rooms were nice and clean. Will probably go again eventually

Food good
-
It reminded me of the 30’s or 40’s. I loved that

Casino staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Shower had some mold in it but nothing major. Towels were horribly scratchy, to the point of being uncomfortable to dry with. A one-night stay was $300 for a standard double queen room. That price seems excessive for what's offered and the overall experience.
