Since someone had canceled our reservations for our 2 rooms without our knowledge, we did not like anything about this hotel!!

check in time was 3 oclock, arrived at 6 oclock and was told my room would not be ready until 630, came back at 630 and room was still not ready, room finally was ready about 7 oclock. asked for a discount since i had to wait so long and clerk said since i prepaid for the room she could not help me with the solution

Kids are running in and out the rooms all time of night slamming doors my family hasn't really gotten any sleep while being here

A lot of flies in the room. Floor wet when i walked in & the room stunk. Shower was dirty as well.

We arrived at 3pm which is their standard check-in time?\nBut a room was not ready. It took them until 515 to get in our room that was after two more attempts. Repai.\nDA premium for the honeymoon suite.\nWhich was anything but honeymoon. I couldn't possibly leave all everything here, but some of the highlights are we found a hypodermic needle jammed into the toilet?We'\nRe a child could have easily grabbed it. The microwave didn't work.There was no TV remote.The smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night.Because of the battery needed to be changed. When we got there, we asked for extra towels for the Whirlpool in our room.And we were told we had a strict limit of three period, i was given a bath mat instead. I had offered to pay extra or pay deposit for extra towels and was refused. This seems more like a shelter of some kind than hotel. People hanging out all hours of the day and night banging on your door was anything but a honeymoon suite. Young people don't fall for the honeymoon suite there's nothing sweet about it. Adjust and just shy a $500 for 2 nights.It was a complete embarrassment. I gave the lady San die.I believe her name is an opportunity on several occasions to help us out.And she chose again and again not to. Also , the pretty picture of the pool , their pool is completely empty and has been for some time it would appear. If you're afraid of dogs don't stay here.There's lots of dogs in this place , but don't you dare bring your own dog in here .

Worst hotel you will ever walk into. Absolutely filthy rooms. Got my room, walked in, saw how bad it was & went right back to the front desk & demanded a refund. DO NOT stay here. Also, have not gotten my refund back.
