Moved us to another room no pillow cases and only one towel

The beds Picture deceiving. Outside of the building was dirty trashy. Condensation dripping from the second floor right where you had to walk and a lot ! Bags of trash under the stairs ,parking lot dirty. Inside the room ceiling peeling, cobwebs, buggy , no fire alarm put in socket, mold in the bathroom, rust on the toilet paper holder, electric socket did not work, tub ceramic chipped up big pieces, baseboards filthy, noisy as .....

Has roaches and bed bugs. Hoodlums everywhere and knocking on my door all night. My gf didn't feel safe. Wont stay here again.

This property is in major need of repairs and upgrades. The curtains were in shreds, mold was around the tub and on the floors. Very noisy. Did not sleep well. Even the lobby was filthy - we decided not to eat their free breakfast. We were planning on staying there on our return trip home; but switched to another property right away.

It appeared they only use one section of the hotel over and over and over again to put all guest leaving 80% of the hotel vacant therefore that part became rundown. I’m sure the other 80% was very nice but hard to tell take a hard pass

The employee who checked me in was kind and helpful. He told me breakfast runs from 6 to 9. We slept fairly well as the mattresses, bedding, and pillows were clean and comfortable. CONS Our room was smoky, but tolerable. The dirty floor turned our feet black. We killed 2 roaches during our stay. The fridge didn't have a freezer, so my chicken cordon blue from Buc-ee's defrosted. Why no freezer? That is weird! There were dead, squished bugs on the ceiling and walls. Rust was present on metal door frames, the toilet paper holder, and elsewhere. There was an ironing board still in the plastic overwrap, but no iron. We received exactly 2 towels and 2 washcloths. There was no hand towel or hand soap at the sink (only combination body wash and hand wash in the shower), and no mat/towel the step on when getting out of the shower to prevent slips and falls. There was conditioning shampoo in the shower instead of separate shampoo and conditioner bottles, which would let guests use as much as they need for their hair type. The breakfast I was told about was non-existent! Only coffee. So, I was lied to at check-in. When I confronted the employee working the desk in the morning, they were lightning fast to blame the employee who had checked me in saying, "Oh, that person is no. We don't have anything for breakfast." Then, why does hotels.com and staff members both say that you do?! 3/10 stars -- extra point for the really nice person who checked us in
