Hyatt Place Florence Downtown

A wonderful place to stay with really good breakfast!!!

Good location in a clean part of town, dining options nearby and convenient free parking

Staff was friendly. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the pancake machine.

Had a great stay here on a recent road trip. Hotel is clean, updated and staff is friendly.

I’ve been here before, and that wasn’t the case I normally don’t pack my toiletries because I know that they have them. I’m glad I had an extra small container of bath wash.

I stayed in room 226. The door was extremely hard to open and close. I was slamming the door and used all my muscles to open each time. It is like the door doesn't fit. You can see the streaks of paint on all the doors. Someone did not do a good job refurbishing the doors. The room was clean. The bed sham was on the bed crooked all the way around. It made it unappealing. There is a smell coming through the vents when the air-conditioning starts. It smells like sewage. I went to my brothers room thinking it was just mine. But then as I sat there I began to smell it in their room as well. They told me they smelled the same smell prior to me coming to the room. And continued to smell it off and on during their stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful from checkin, during stay and departing. I would come back for the service. The cookies were delicious. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh.

Thr hotel decided to clean the carpets and couches of the entire floor while I was out one day. I returned to find the room carpet actually had puddles on it and the couch cushions were randomly thrown back at the couch. When I asked about a room change since the above was entirely unsatisfactory, the clerk at the counter rudely stated that I was informed of the cleaning at check in. This was not true. After I insisted, they finally found me another room. I had to go back to my existing room and gather my belongings which had been haphazardly thrown into the closet by the cleaning crew

The hotel never reapond me back as I booked wrong hotel, instead of booking Florence in Italy I booked in US but being a such a good brand name hotel they didnt even reply back for any kind of refund or not even giving back refund.

Staff was Very nice, helpful and thoughtful. However, this property is located next to a railroad and trains blow their whistles.

So nice and clean and the bartender - cook was amazing

I enjoyed staying here. This is a much-needed rest after a long road trip they even provide provided earplugs for rest.

Great place to stay downtown Florence, would definitely stay there again. I love the downtown location and cleanliness of the property. Our bathroom vanity could use replacement but other than that, it was a very pleasurable stay!

The room was damp and musty as was the air conditioning.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff very friendly and helpful. Exhaust fan didn't work in bathroom. Bathroom door would not shut completely. Very limited tv. Linens very stiff. Super small weird pillows. Towels kinda scratchy. Fridge not very cold and no microwave as advertised. It was very clean though.
