Hyatt Place Florence Downtown

Friendly staff. Great location. Services were exceptional. I should’ve reminded the wonderful lady at the desk how beautiful she is!

Location and price

Everything was good

Friendly, helpful staff, easy check-in, fabulous breakfast, chic and modern decor. Bed was very comfortable Only one issue - on the morning we were leaving, there was a water leak coming from the vent above the toilet - it was rather disconcerting and prevented us from making use of the facilities

Very clean, nice staff and good breakfast

Convenient hotel, clean and near restaurant options.

Pleasant stay.

A great place to stay! Staff was kind and super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. And the property is nestled in the cutest part of downtown Florence. The only two things holding me back from giving five stars is the parking situation and the proximity to the train tracks. The parking lot is about a block away from the main entrance, which is not that bad except when you are first hauling luggage up to the hotel or at checkout. The train runs all night and the horn woke me up several times, thankfully the hotel did provide earplugs.

Check in was smooth and easy. Loved everything about our stay.

Easy and free parking. Good location downtown and walkable to many restaurants

Maybe not their fault but they built it, a train came through three time a night. I got no sleep.

Mediocre property. Room was musty. Served for an overnight

We were in town visiting family and will definitely stay here again. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very nice and close to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel, enjoy the staff, the breakfast in room perfect

A wonderful place to stay with really good breakfast!!!

Good location in a clean part of town, dining options nearby and convenient free parking

Staff was friendly. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the pancake machine.

Had a great stay here on a recent road trip. Hotel is clean, updated and staff is friendly.

I’ve been here before, and that wasn’t the case I normally don’t pack my toiletries because I know that they have them. I’m glad I had an extra small container of bath wash.

I stayed in room 226. The door was extremely hard to open and close. I was slamming the door and used all my muscles to open each time. It is like the door doesn't fit. You can see the streaks of paint on all the doors. Someone did not do a good job refurbishing the doors. The room was clean. The bed sham was on the bed crooked all the way around. It made it unappealing. There is a smell coming through the vents when the air-conditioning starts. It smells like sewage. I went to my brothers room thinking it was just mine. But then as I sat there I began to smell it in their room as well. They told me they smelled the same smell prior to me coming to the room. And continued to smell it off and on during their stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful from checkin, during stay and departing. I would come back for the service. The cookies were delicious. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh.
