The hotel was disgusting
-
We could not figure out how to get water to come out of the shower, the knob just spun. The manager came in once we brought it to her attention and had trouble herself getting it to come on. Once we figured out how to get the shower on, we got nothing but scalding hot water. If I were hotels.com I would be ashamed to offer this hotel.

Refrigerator leaked all over the floor and there was no hot water. Frankly, the leak I was able to clean up. But not being able to take a shower was bad.

Outlets didn’t work. No glasses at sink. Coke machine took my money but no product. Dirty sheets. Worse motel have ever stayed. Ice machine broken. No hot water. I should get a full refund

It was DIRTY! Not that the floor needed to be swept or the sinks were not clean, I mean it had ROACHES! There was a pile of trash next to my front door. There was not trash can in the room. The bed looked like it had been slept in. I could not bring any food into the room because of the roaches.

Bedding was stained dirty and burnt. Outlet made me too afraid to use it. Behind the bed was dirty. Mirrors had not been cleaned and had splatter all over them. There was no trashcan. Towels were disgusting. Someone close by had a huge dog barking during the night. Very close to the road so there was loud car traffic at night also. We paid $89 for this on hotels.com

Horrible! When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and I showed him the reservation on my phone and he still told me that I didn’t have one and walked away from the window! Talk about rude! I had to go out to my car and find another hotel to go to at 8:30 - 9:00 pm! I was not happy and neither was my husband!

Despite advertising that they accept dogs for a $20/night fee. I was not allowed to check in when I arrived with my well-behaved, clean, medium sized dog on a leash. First, I was told that they didn’t accept dogs. Then I was told that dogs were only allowed in smoking rooms. Then I was told there was a $300 deposit and $50/night only in a smoking room. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the CDC and Covid. When I said that didn’t make sense and that it had nothing to do withCDC guidelines, I was told of course it did because people have allergies to pets. Secondly, the place was unkempt, dirty and in poor repair. There were people loudly arguing in the parkinglot. I am not sorry that I didn’t stay there, but it was very inconvenient. Highly recommend reserving somewhere else. In fact, Expedia should remove them from their site.

Property looked very bad not a suitable place to stay with children room smelled like Tabacco even though it was a non smoking room, it was infested with flies, & bed sheets had stains
-
The room was filthy! When I walked across the floor bare footed the soles of my feet would be black and encrusted with dirt. I hand to wash my feet and put on some shoes just to make my way to the bed to be able to get into bed without transferring the dirt into the bed! Absolutely the worst room I have ever paid to sleep in!

Definitely a place to avoid staying. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lady at the front desk was very nice but asked us if we had a $100 cash deposit to put down, I asked her where it asked for that and she said that it said it when we booked it. She ended up saying Never mind when we told her we didn’t have $100 in cash. I actually checked afterwards and couldn’t find that information ANYWHERE. I found that very suspicious. There were literally people everywhere around the hotel loitering and hanging out outside of the rooms. Our bathtub had dirt everywhere inside of it. There was a puddle of water behind the bathroom door, there was absolutely no soap anywhere in the room, there was a rag on top of the shower rod and there was literally the same toilet paper from the person before and it was less then half of a roll that we ran out of THAT SAME NIGHT! There was none anywhere else in the room. We were also thirsty and looking for water and the vending machines outside were completely empty. The room did have hot water and a working television but definitely would never ever ever stay here again and do not recommend it.

Poor customer service. I made the reservation weeks in advance. They informed me the day of my stay that even though they list themselves as pet friendly they don’t really want pets on the property so they’ve raised their pet fee to $70 for two nights for one small dog. When I said that was too much they canceled my reservation, leaving me to change my plans last minute.

Do not trust the overall rating of this hotel or the positive reviews. I chose to ignore all of the negative reviews at my cost. The manager is not friendly or helpful No matter what the reviews say. With me they called and asked for my adress because they claimed they did not want to Place ahold on funds like other hotels do. They asked me to bring $200 in cash for the deposit in addition to the room charge. I should have known better when this occurred. When you pull up there will be no manager or front desk available to you. You will ring a doorbell and someone will come out from to a small window with a pass tray. After I got there they took an additional $50 for a 2 day pet fee. Despite our hesitation from looking around at the grounds and the broken down cars in the parking lot we went ahead and got the keys and checked in. The inside was fine but we frankly did not feel safe at the motel. It is completely open to the street so there is no separation. People can walk in off the street and nobody is watching to see who comes and goes. The neighborhood is not the greatest. When we drove up there was a man walking down the middle of the street holding up traffic. He looked to be high on something. After about 15 minutes I went back to the window rang the bell and the lady came out and was rude. She refused to refund the additional pet fee despite our not staying there. Horrible
