If you're looking for a place to stay in Folsom, this is it. The hotel is located right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to walk to Palladio plaza with a lot of amenities and restaurants. Despite being so central, the room was remarkably quiet at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a really nice touch after a long day of exploring. It’s a great value for the price, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Hotel was fine. Walls are thin and the tv didn’t work.

Quiet

The lobby was absolutely perfect for having many out of town family gather together to chat and catch up. We enjoyed the patio in the back too. No free breakfast included BUT the Bistro in the lobby was delicious and their staff super nice. The hotel was close to restaurants, gas stations, retail, anything you’d need. We never heard any neighbors (on floor 3) so we lucked out with quiet people (including a traveling softball team). The only minor issue was that we were there for 3 nights and no one ever came in to make our beds, replace towels, empty garbage, etc. We were told they’d come every other day (so at least once during our stay) and we never even had our “Don’t Disturb” sign on the door handle. It wasn’t that big of a deal but…would’ve been nice. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone. It was perfect for our stay while reuniting with our west coast family.

location pretty good. Didn't even know you had a breakfast. The pull out couch/bed had no sheets and when asked the front desk to have someone come up to make the bed, they said no one can come up. Toilet also backed up.
-
No breakfast. Also there is a $12 charge for parking. Just heads up.

The customer service was excellent very pleasant and very helpful.

All the staff was super nice. They had a really nice area where you could hang out with friends and family even have a TV so you could watch a sporting show.

Unfortunately, on this trip we experienced several issues that made our stay disappointing. The first at check-in when the receptionist told me she could not find my reservation. After several minutes, she eventually located it, but the interaction made it seem as though my check-in was an inconvenience to her. This was surprising, as we have stayed at this property and neighboring Marriott properties for over 30 nights per year and have never been treated this way.Later, our room was extremely cold, so we requested two blankets. Rather than having them brought to the room, we walked to the front desk to get them ourselves. We were given one blanket and told they would check if another was available. I was honestly surprised that a hotel would have difficulty providing something as basic as an extra blanket. Eventually, we were able to get a second blanket, but the process was inconvenient and unexpected. The most concerning issue happened when I received an unexpected $80 charge from Marriott as soon as we got to the room. The room was prepaid through Expedia, and I had only authorized the standard deposit amount. However, when I called, no one was able to explain why the $80 charge was placed on my account. An unauthorized charge without any explanation is extremely frustrating and concerning. We have always enjoyed staying here and have typically had very positive experiences, which is why these issues were disappointing.

Excellent place to stay

This was one of the worst rooms we've stayed in. It was a suite. The sink was so small you could only fit two small kleenex boxes on the counter. There were 3 females in this room and we had to store items on the floor. There was very little water pressure in the hot water side but the water only came on slightly warm. The little bar of soap was soggy and not easy to use. The beds were so close together it was uncomfortable. Yet, there was tons of room by the desk, which was weird. No trash can in the bathroom. On the phone, there is no information on how to contact the front desk or room service. You had to guess. On the website, it appeared as if there was breakfast buffet included, but no. They charge for parking. Best thing, the beds were very comfortable, staff very nice and lounge tastefully done. But we won't stay here again.

Too expensive for what we got. The place next door is a better value.

Room was great and quiet. Breakfast is expensive.

Hotel room was on the 4th floor in quiet area. Unfortunately the air conditioning is a wall unit and makes quite a bit of noise through the night. Didn’t sleep too well as a result. Room was fine in terms of the bed, bathroom, and space. Gym was good (better than expected). There was a $12 nightly parking fee which I hadn’t expected. Breakfast offering is ok but not great (a Starbucks replica) and overpriced; better to walk to the nearby Whole Foods. Check in was slow due to a new system.
