Nothing bad to say Met expectations

Staff were helpful and friendly. No elevator! I’ve had multiple hip replacements and we were on the second floor having to go up narrow steps. There was no offer for a change in room to first floor. I was surprised they did not meet ADA accommodations.

The breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the daily variety. The staff was also courteous and even offered us a cookie upon our arrival. The room, however, was pretty awful. It smelled really funky and there’s no way we’d walk barefoot on the carpet. The chair and ottoman were, literally, filthy. We put our suitcases up on the table and the desk. After our arrival, I read reviews that said someone had found bedbugs, and while we didn’t see any, and I think we escaped without any, it made it hard to fall asleep. Fortunately we were visiting family, and didn’t need to spend much time in the room. This hotel needs new carpet, furniture, wallpaper, and new bathroom towels and washcloths. We won’t ever stay there again.

Staff was great! Hotel was clean, room was clean and breakfast was good

Clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast quality was good but not great. No food options ran out. Coffee was terrible. Staff were pleasant. But the rooms were really run down and in need of maintenance. Room window lock was broken, bathroom door handles not functioning properly, peeling and mismatched paint, bases of beds broken/ missing. Parking lot was in substantial disrepair.

Room had a musty smell upon entry. There was a terrible patch job on one of the handles in the shower and the showerhead was white with scum buildup. One lamp was busted and rusty. The alarm clock from 1992 was behind the nightstand as if it had fallen back there and was never put back in place. The icing on the cake was when the fire alarm was going off at 8:15am throughout the entire hotel. Staff said “ no fire, it’s just the air fryer!” As everyone was standing outside of their rooms wondering what was going on!

The beds were a little far from the nightstand. *I'm a CPAP user & this caused me to pull the CPAP off when I rolled over. *There is a cover over the box spring that was pulled up under the mattress causing the box spring to be exposed. *A wall in the bathroom was dirty & damaged. *The shower curtain! This isn't unique to this hotel. Hotels need to stop using the thin cloth curtain. Water always leaks out causing a puddle, slip hazard & potential law suit. *There was a young man at the front desk, I wish I would have gotten his name, that was awesome!

Loved our stay. Clean, convenient, and friendly. One tip: the toilet in Room 127 ran briefly every few minutes: stopper problem. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Reasonable hotel for sleeping. Staff was pleasant. Facility is dated but clean.

The front desk clerk and all the cleaning staff were super friendly. The breakfast was excellent, they even had biscuits!
