Friendly Carpet in room was filthy as well as bathroom tiles. I got out of shower,taking a few steps to realize I was leaving black puddles used white guest towel to wipe up and they ended up getting black stain marks. Pool had calcium dirt ring around the inside of it, pool deck walking area was disintegrating and found an almost fully smoked joint laying on pool edge. Most of the time there was Noone at front desk or was having to work the front desk and breakfast room. This particular Comfort Inn and Suites location was owned by another hotel LLC. I would never recommend this location for all the above reasons as well as the fact it was located in an industrial district. We are from out of another state and prebooked online unaware of the area.

Staff were phenomenal! Super friendly, and helpful. The room was ok. I wasn't super impressed only because there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom sink did not drain. There were bad stains on the furniture. It was outdated. Probably would not stay there again.

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good as well.

Very nice, clean room-staff was most helpful in filling empty bathroom toiletries and providing extra linens. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and were all fresh and hot. Would stay there again if the opportunity should arise.

The hotel and room were clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small. We were also right along the road and could hear the traffic.

The only thing I/we did not like was the location--stuck between a travel plaza and another business. As nice as our stay was, I'd never return just because of its location.

The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The pillows on a king bed should be bigger, they were tiny. The lady at check in around 6 to 7p should be friendly not grumpy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had an old smell to it cigarette butts.Beer cans trash all in front of the building, nowhere to sit and relax.No clean space outside to enjoy some fresh air

The room was worn and tired. The bathroom was dingy and the bathtub didn't drain while taking a shower.

We had a wonderful stay in a fresh, clean room. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was hot, the area was clean and well-attended.

Rooms very clean and comfy. Hot tub is nice and hot. We were told house keeping would be in to clean every 3rd day of out stay to ask the desk if we needed anything. No problem. So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst part was the staff named Liz. She was in care of the breakfast area. Breakfast was suppose to go till 10:30am. Just before 9:30am we go down to eat. No eggs, hardly any biscuts and gravy. All the cold stuff was picked over. She hadn't refilled anything. When my fiance asked if she was gonna she was snotty and replied she hadn't planned on it since breakfast was almost done. There was still a hour left. Other people were in the room eating Mc donalds due to not having stuff available as well. When my fiance stated that there was an hour yet he was accused of being rude and yelling at her when all he infact did was ask. So dont recommend this place if u want to enjoy a included breakfast. You will be left hungry or going to a restaurant. So disappointed. Breakfast should be replenished as long as breakfast hours are still going on.

Finally, there were no gluten-free breakfast items for my wife to choose from, so the "free breakfast" didn't work out for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.
