Quality Inn Forest Hill - Fort Worth South

There were lots of bugs in the lobby which I thought was somewhat reasonable given the front doors to the outside. When getting into my room the ac was already on thankfully since it was still extremely hot in Texas even at night. I showered and then started getting ready for bed when I noticed a huge long black hair and then many other smaller hairs scattered across the inside of the bed. Disgusting. Like they didn’t even clean the room at all. So I went to ask for another room and it was already so late. The new room did not have the ac running so I turned it on and a bunch of dust and other particulate matter scattered onto the floor, also disgusting. Then not shortly after I started trying to sleep I heard this extremely loud chirping noise coming from the bathroom. It was a huge cricket that had crawled out of the sink drain and I had to whack it with a towel.. I think it crawled back down the drain since I whacked it and closed the door behind me. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a “quality inn” again. It wasn’t my choice in the first place since a colleague had chosen this for our work trip.

Great place for the price. Clean, convenient location and very professional staff.

The room was big and clean in the bed was very comfortable The breakfast was a basic breakfast does cereal and Juice coffee no meat, Bagels or eggs

The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and always eager to help. The hotel was remodeled and is in mint shape. No have stayed there on 4 other occasions

Do not stay here , it’s dirty and nasty. Beds had stuff on the sheets , towels were not very clean .

The phone person did not understand and kept saying that I couldn't get a refund. I said I don't care. I just wanted the hotel to know I was not coming in on April 28th but on the 29th instead. They would not give me a direct line to the hotel. The person finally seemed to understand and said they made a note of that. They did NOT. When I showed up at the Quality Inn Forest Hill Fort Worth Texas, the concierge said they had cancelled my reservation and said that I would not be able to get a refund. Which I knew was the case and why I had contacted Expedia in advance. The man said that he could get a room for me, but the place was so run down and I was so angry with Expedia that I left and found a better hotel down the street - $400 or so. I will not ever be using Expedia again. Laura H.

I got double charge for my room. Therefore I lost François. I was here and had to wait until the bank disputed it which takes 10 days.

Very convenient to the freeway. Walkable to food if preferred. Definitely worth the price

Every time we go to Fort Worth to visit family, we always book here. It’s clean, quiet, and not expensive. They serve breakfast N/A

The location was easy to find. The rooms were outdated, breakfast didn’t even offer coffee, the rooms had lots of traffic noise, desk lamp didn’t even have a lightbulb in it.
