Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill - Ft. Worth by IHG

This is always our hotel of choice when we’re in town. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. This stay was not like our previous stays. We were down for my sister’s funeral so we were there more days than usual. We asked for our room to be cleaned, bed made and more towels on our way out to church but when we returned the room was not cleaned, the bed wasn’t made and we had no clean towels. It was very disappointing to come back to find. The front desk clerk let us know that she did tell housekeeping to clean the room and didn’t understand why they didn’t

No complaints. WiFi wasn’t that great on the upper floors ant the end of the hall which is Inexcusable in 2026.

The staff were accommodating and polite, many delicious options at breakfast. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I always love the coffee machine that makes fresh every time, always available in the lobby.

Excellent front desk clerk. Friendly and helpful. Very clean room. No coffee makers in rooms. Very soft pillows. No decent restaurants close by. Was all fast food, Subway, etc. So we ordered DoorDash.

Easy access off freeway Just ok for the price. $500 for two night was way too much for the amenities

The sink did not drain and it continued to be clogged after we asked for it to be fixed. The blinds were broken. The water pressure was very low. There were some ants and spiders in the room.

Rooms were clean, bed was excellent and breakfast was fresh. There was plenty of parking available for our stay.
