The breakfast menu was outstanding, our room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great experience staying at this location... highly recommended

Front desk staff was less than personable and acted as those guests were bothersome. Carpet was raveled in the room. Tile in the bathroom was cracked. Shower enclosure was cracked. Rooms had a musty smell. Hallways were hot and humid.

This property always looks great and the staff is awesome . This is where I stay when I visit Fort Worth

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The front desk was helpful. The property was clean and the breakfast was a bonus.

We used the pool which was nice and cool as Texas is currently in a heatwave however it could do with a clean on the sides. As a Brit it can be a little disconcerting when you see cockroaches wondering around but apparently it’s quite normal

All good.

This is always our hotel of choice when we’re in town. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. This stay was not like our previous stays. We were down for my sister’s funeral so we were there more days than usual. We asked for our room to be cleaned, bed made and more towels on our way out to church but when we returned the room was not cleaned, the bed wasn’t made and we had no clean towels. It was very disappointing to come back to find. The front desk clerk let us know that she did tell housekeeping to clean the room and didn’t understand why they didn’t

The Pancake Maker! That was the highlight for me - my inner child was intrigued! That said, for a complementary breakfast, it selections were good and the staff was GREAT! For our needs, the location was prime: close enough to the attractions/stops we'd planned, but "far" enough where we felt we had some privacy from family. Our room was spacious and well cleaned. The rooms have two curtain shades: one for blackout and one for filtering the sun out. The one for the sun didn't work - so we were unable to get natural light during our stay. Additionally, the sink leaked underneath the vanity, causing a small puddle every night (we initially thought we were the cause). That said, we brought that to the attention of the clerk on our way out - I'm sure they've been addressed.

The staff were accommodating and polite, many delicious options at breakfast. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I always love the coffee machine that makes fresh every time, always available in the lobby.
