The property and rooms were clean. The staff was warm and inviting. Great breakfast options.

Very clean everywhere, room, pool area, outdoors by doors… staff was very kind and helpful. But I think the Gideons forgot to stop by this place.

This is my go to place when I visit my hometown in eastern Arkansas. It is clean, nice staff and conveniently located near I 40.

The room's were clean and comfortable the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good 👍, large selection. And parking was good. All together a lovely time

Room was clean and tidy. Parking was problematic. (Insufficient space available). The breakfast bar was good but there were long waits for things like eggs and bacon and cheese to be replenished. Considering how busy the hotel was I would have thought that the staff would have been more on top of it.

I accidentally booked the on the wrong night and was told no refund,even though it was 7 days before the stay.senior citizens beware,make a mistake and they will take advantage of you

Excellent staff and the room was huge!! Had to complain about noise, and it was handled immediately.

The room was fresh and clean. The staff were mostly great, there was one staff member who had parked in the rear lot near the building and had parked very badly, taking up two spots, which was not great, but otherwise everyone was great. Breakfast was hot and fresh, good selection. The coffee was good. :-) Parking was a little lacking, but adequate. One thing that was completely missing were luggage carts. There were none to be had, neither at check-in or check-out! We were on the first floor but my wife is mobility challenged and we have some specialized stuff we take on trips that are bulky, so getting in and out of the room required several trips without the cart.

The staff were sooo nice and spoke everytime they saw us. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The neighbors above us were noisy all night and even through they got quieter it was not a restful sleep. It appeared to be a large family with 6 kids and they were out on the 3rd floor.

I didnt like that in the bathroom opened used soap was left in the shower and on the sink. There was also a used razor on the shower and hair where someone had shaved. There was also hair in the sink. I reported this to the staff at the front desk in return the night staff said did they even clean the room. I will report it. I also asked the day manager if she got the report about my room. Her response was on yea I got it.

Very clean, very good atmosphere. We loved looking around at all the pictures in the lobby. We also loved all the decor in the rooms. Great shower pressure. Firm bed but comfy. We didn't find a hair dryer in our room.

It was easy access off interstate and easy to find. Pleasant staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast meat options included turkey bacon, or Canadian style ham, no sausage. Neither were very good. Eggs were rubbery looking and unappetizing. Cleaning folks left the garbage from previous tenants under the kitchen sink. We set outside in the hallway.

Nothing very rude I was not able to check in due to them being booked even though I was charged and not refunded.
